| Conversations with Dr. Cowan & Friends | Ep 81: Dr. Omar Almadani | 31 Jul 2024 | 00:49:28 | |
Someone to Turn to When Surgery Is Recommended In today's episode of "Conversations with Dr. Cowan and Friends," I introduce the newest addition to our New Biology clinic, Omar Almadani. Omar is a Saudi-born physician who did a full plastic-surgery training in Paris, where he still lives. I must admit, when I received Omar's application to join our team, I was surprised that a fully qualified plastic surgeon would have heard of the New Biology Clinic, let alone be interested in joining us. But as you will hear, Omar's journey is far from the usual story for most surgeons. In particular, he, like all of us at the New Biology Clinic, set out to find out what is real and true in health, medicine and biology so that we could better help our members. Instead of encountering truth, we met deception, evasion and often corruption. Such experiences are particularly poignant for those facing a surgical procedure, as there is often no place to turn to find out whether the suggested procedure is the only option. So many people have seen enough from conventional medicine to have a deep distrust of its assertions and therapies. Yet, it can be almost impossible to find someone who truly understands what conventional medicine is offering and whether it is really the only prudent course. Again, this issue can be daunting when one is faced with the prospect of surgery. That is precisely the reason I wanted to bring Omar onto our team: to give our members access to an honest exploration of whether a surgical procedure is truly needed, and maybe, more important, whether safer and still successful options exist. In addition to exploring whether surgery is necessary, he can also support people who have already had surgery, and the outcome left much to be desired. Although Omar has studied and worked with enough New Biology principles and therapies to be able to work with a wide variety of people, these are his areas of focus. Our goal is to help our members navigate the mine-field of our current misnamed health-care system. We can serve as a trusted advisor, giving you the real story of what is known about different procedures and therapies offered in conventional medicine. Then we can offer alternative solutions in many cases. Toward this end, Omar is a welcome and valuable addition to our team. Best, Tom Websites:

| Conversations with Dr. Cowan & Friends | Ep 70: Dr. Pamela Shervanick | 02 Oct 2023 | 00:38:55 | |
In today's "Conversations with Dr. Cowan and Friends," I interview the third new practitioner for our New Biology clinic, Dr. Pam Shervanick. In my experience, everyone takes a different path to a new view of medicine. Some, like me, looked at the evidence and reasoning behind conventional science and medicine, whereas others came to view medicine differently as a result of a personal or family medicine crisis. This second path is very powerful, as typically these people know, for sure, that another way is possible. Please tune into this interview to hear about Pam's path to New Biology medicine and thinking. My guess is it will be very apparent why she is a perfect addition to this exciting venture. | Conversations with Dr. Cowan & Friends | Ep 69: Dr. Mark Edmond | 26 Sep 2023 | 00:35:42
I am very happy to announce that we have chosen three new practitioners to staff our New Biology Clinic. These two interviews introduce two of these practitioners: Mark Edmond, a general practitioner from New Zealand, and Rodney Soto, a neurologist, originally from Ecuador. The first question I asked myself when I received their CVs and cover letters is why a GP from New Zealand and a neurologist from Ecuador would be interested in joining our humble new online venture. It turns out that their answers, though not terribly surprising, are the same answers I heard from almost everyone I interviewed for our clinic. They essentially said, they are done with the conventional-medical system, and they would love nothing better than to join with like-minded colleagues to forge this new path. It is the connection with others that is the driving force.
With that, I am excited to introduce Rodney and Mark to our listeners. Book your appointment or sign up here: https://newbiologyclinic.com/ Tom Websites:

This Is the Best Olive Oil We've Found
For years, the only plant oils I have eaten are olive oil and coconut oil. The rest of the fats in my diet come as the natural components of the foods I eat: butter, lard, ghee, and, occasionally, duck fat or suet. The reason is not only the flavor, smell, ease of cooking and fatty-acid profile, but also because these are the only fats that are easy to extract from the plant or animal in which they are found. Butter is made by churning cream, lard is made by rendering pig fat, ghee is a further refinement of butter, and, as I have often said, to get olive oil, all you need is two large stones and a donkey.
These are the traditional fats that have nourished humans for ages, mostly because of their health-giving properties and their ease of production. In today's podcast, I introduce the exciting olive oil line we are launching. As you will discover, to make the healthiest olive oil, one needs to care for every step of the process, which this maker, based in Greece, does. This starts with nourishing the soil and land, choosing the best variety of trees, hand picking the olives at the exact right time, and using the proper techniques for extracting the freshest and most nutrient-rich oil.
It turns out, as I discovered, it's a little more complicated than the two stones and a donkey idea. We're so impressed with this olive oil's purity and health benefits, we decided to become the company's U.S. distributor. We are very excited to make this exquisite olive oil available to you, as well as share how the olive oil comes from Greece to your table. Enjoy!!
In good health, Tom

George Wiseman, who is the owner and creator of the AquaCure device, joins us for the second time on our podcast. The reason we're doing this is because we had a lot of people who purchased the AquaCure machine after our first podcast. We're also using it in our New Biology Clinic - Dr. Adam Wuollet has seen amazing results with people using the device. This has all led to people asking us more about it, so we'll be going over those questions with George in this podcast. Websites:

Patrick has been in the personal training industry for over 10 years, working in corporate gyms in New York City, as well as his own private training business. Within all of the certifications that Patrick acquired over the years, he noticed a vital component was missing from all the literature that he was led to read and regurgitate, and that was the Spirit. This has led Patrick down a path where he now centers his training style around the spirals in nature (Golden ratio/Phi), the reconnection with the water (etheric) body, and honing the alchemical process within every single one of us. Patrick has worked with enough Beings who have witnessed and experienced their own self-healing (It’s happening every single moment) to confidently share his approach with the New Biology Clinic. Hi everyone, In today's interview we continue our series of podcasts that give innovative entrepreneurs the opportunity to explain what they have created. Generally, I am featuring people who are working with a variety of "energy" therapies to improve our health. In this podcast, Mike Broadwell explains the crystal/light device he came up with. He explains its history, how it works and some interesting cases exploring its effectiveness. The future of medicine will only come from the understanding that our current biochemical model of life is fundamentally flawed. We are electric/energy beings and the sooner we orient our medicine around this fact, the sooner we will come to a medicine that heals and that does not just make people poorer and sicker, as is currently the case. You can find Mike's website here. I hope you enjoy this interview. Best, Tom https://drtomcowan.com/

Today's friend is someone I've known for a few years. Andreas Wecker has a very interesting story I think people will enjoy hearing because it's about oils. Many people have probably heard me say that when it comes to oils and fats, I typically don't eat plant oils, except olive oil and coconut oil. Andreas has discovered how to extract the essence of an oil from seeds without making them into toxic products. Instead, he makes them into therapeutic oils. He is also the only person I know who puts his oils in Miron jars, which I think is the best way to store products. Learn more about Andreas' story and why his oils are different than other organic oils on the market. Dr. Cowan's Garden is pleased to offer these 100% cold-pressed premium organic living oils, which combine nature's most powerful superfood seeds to support detoxification, boost organ function, and improve overall health. They are nutrient dense with strong anti-inflammatory properties for healing and revitalizing your body. | Conversations with Dr. Cowan & Friends | Ep 50: Matt Maruca of Ra Optics | 07 Jun 2022 | 01:00:56
Hi, everyone. He was able to determine that sunlight is our primary nutrient. This finding aligns with my own understanding of the components of a living system: Light is its primary source of information. If we are continually exposed to artificial light instead of natural sunlight, our health will inevitably suffer. Working with these principles, Matt was able to formulate what he calls his "light diet" and to produce high-quality glasses that block the majority of the harmful blue lights that emerge from our devices. The result is relevant for us all. I have been using the Ra Optics yellow and red glasses now for a few weeks, and they are a good addition to my life. Tune in to hear more about the history and science of the "light diet" and the benefits to your health of Ra Optics glasses. Best, Please enjoy 15% off Ra Optics glasses via this link or with the code tomcowan at checkout. A note from Matt regarding the choice of the eye of Horus as his logo: "I simply named the company after the Egyptian sun god Ra because I thought it sounded good. This was about the extent of the connection. Later I learned that that 'A' sound in Ra is said to be the most primitive sound humans made and very powerful at a spiritual level. I have yet to study very deeply into this. I just think it sounds cool and it's powerful, and to me Ra is a sort of "mythological" figure with a deep historical significance for much of human history, particularly the development of all civilization. As far as the logo, naming a company after an Egyptian god seemed to warrant picking a logo that was related, and I thought of the Eye of Horus because it's sort of looks like the letter R (our first logo used the eye of Horus as the letter R in Ra, but I decided to scrap it), and I thought it was cool and very recognizable, and no major brand currently uses it as their logo. So, I decided, why not play on 5,000+ years of ancient energetic and spiritual history and try using it as our logo. It seems to be working fairly well, as far as I can tell. I do find it interesting that the ancient pharaoh Akhenaten who banished polytheism in favor of the worship of one God, the "Aten" or sun disc, which is the first form of polytheism in recorded history, was removed from the pharaohs list, the ancient equivalent of being "canceled" today. It seems as though there was some foul play going on even back then in regards to hiding sunlight, so at a much deeper level I see our brand as a way to bring back the idea that the sun is good a Websites:

This week's podcast episode features Dr. Grayson Dart. I first met Dr. Grayson when he joined my mentoring program that I was holding for practitioners a few years ago. He now has his own consultation program and works with Dr. Andrew Kaufman. Dr. Grayson left modern medicine after finding out that modern medical practices did not improve people’s health and are oftentimes harmful. He decided to discover practices that truly heal and began researching the relationship between body, mind, and spirit. What followed was his own healing experience and a deeper understanding of how to use nature to heal the body. Dr. Grayson's new practice is designed to get the best health results possible while teaching people the vital knowledge they need to care for themselves and their families. He loves witnessing people become their own health authority. Today we're going to hear about his background, how he got into his new way of thinking and doing medicine, how he is helping people who are looking for a practitioner, and what they can expect when they book a consultation with him.

Today's podcast is Part 2 of an interview with Italian engineer and inventor Alessio Angeleri. In the first interview, we laid the foundation for the importance of light for human health. In this follow-up interview, we learn how to apply the biology of light to our own health. Alessio and his partner Angelo have founded a business that creates light devices that stimulate healing in our bodies. Learn about the science of light, how to use light in your own healing process, and why you should never take vitamin D as a supplement. The vitamin D issue is huge right now as many "alternative" doctors are touting vitamin D3 as part of the "cure" for the current health situation. Learn why taking large doses of synthetic vitamin D (which includes every pill or liquid form of vitamin D, not as a component of such foods as cod liver oil or lard) is akin to taking synthetic steroids, i.e., prednisone. On this week's episode of Conversations with Dr. Cowan and Friends, I talk with Alessio Angeleri, an Italian researcher, who uses his background in chemical and electrical engineering to look deeply into the question of how physical matter is created. Although I would admit that some parts of the interview get pretty technical, I did my best to translate his concepts into simple English. With that caveat, I trust you will ascertain what real science knows about how physical substance comes into being. For some it will be shocking, for others, it will simply be confirmation of what human beings have always known and experienced but have somehow forgotten in our materialistic age. A new science is coming, and the new science will show us the way to a view of the human being that is magnificent and beautiful. Let's enjoy and have courage for the journey. Websites:

I have been interested in the therapeutic potential of fasting for many years and have gingerly done some fasting myself. I was very excited to learn the science and practice of fasting and have already incorporated some of the techniques into my daily life. Join me for this informative and fascinating interview.

Understanding Wilhelm Reich and ‘Orgone’ Energy Hi, everyone. Today’s podcast is a fascinating interview with Dr. James Demeo, the world’s foremost authority on the work of 20th Century physician and psychoanalyst Wilhelm Reich. Even though Reich’s work is mostly unknown, he claimed to have “discovered” and learned how to work with the universal energy that he called orgone. In this interview, you will hear about the history of Dr. Reich and how he went about harvesting orgone energy for therapeutic purposes.
For this Friday’s webinar, I will give a short presentation on the underlying meaning of the genetic code and then answer your questions. See you tomorrow.

For anyone who is interested in basic biology, the form and function of the heart, or how the human being is organized, I have a lot of confidence that you’ll find this interview fascinating. The implications of the clear evidence that Dr. Ballester-Rodes presents has the potential to transform the way we see the heart and the human being as a whole. | Conversations with Dr. Cowan & Friends | Ep 27: Robin & Shelley Hulbert | 26 May 2021 | 00:50:01
How to Make and Use Biodynamic Preparations Today, I had the great pleasure to re-connect with two old friends from Peterborough, NH. I’ve known Robin and Shelly Hulbert for at least 30 years, as our sons were friends growing up. In the past few years, Robin and Shelly started a business selling biodynamic preparations, which they make themselves on their homestead in New Hampshire. The BD preps are the centerpiece of the biodynamic gardening and farming method, and as almost anyone knows who has tried to make them, they are nearly impossible for a single gardener or homesteader to produce. Yet, in many ways, they are the keys to building healthy soil and growing healthy plants and animals. In this conversation, you will learn the history of the BD preps, how they are made, how they are used and, most important, how to obtain them and use them in your own garden. This project is clearly a labor of love for Robin and Shelly, and I am happy to help spread the word. Tom
