So here we are at the end of the season with Episode 12!
After an entire year of looking back at the past 20 of the 30 years of the franchise - covering the period and (almost) all the games after Alex's first book - we catch up to the current new game in the franchise - just also in time to have a little conversation about the entire history!
First up of course is Requiem though. In development for several years, Alex is able to expand on some of the things out in the public about the title and we are able to look through the lengthy development that ran alongside a number of other titles - plus a global pandemic - to massive success already last month.
Warning - some topics discussed do have spoilers so if you haven't yet finished the game, we highly recommend you do so before starting this episode! But once you have please return to enjoy some history and information about the title!
But its nothing like a 30th anniversary to make us both feel a little old as Rob reflects back on 30 years of fandom, and Alex on about 26 or so... who knew we'd both be still as keen on the franchise after all these years and what will the future be, both for the next 12 months as Capcom celebrates the anniversary of the franchise, and maybe also whats to come in the years ahead.

This 12 episode limited podcast series is a follow up to Alex Aniel's book, 'Itchy, Tasty: A Unofficial History of Resident Evil' - which covers the first decade of the series from its origins in the early 1990s through to 2006.
