Take # 371 of this episode after technical difficulties. It reminded me of the episode of The West Wing where President Bartlett could not successfully pre-record his weekly radio address. In the end, he finally got through it live. Turns out, the same strategy worked for me today and I was able to record the rest of the episode in one take and did not need to edit much! A shorter episode recorded the day after Thanksgiving. Here you have a bit of a Turkey Day recap, some knitting, and a bit of off-roading
Jen's Eggnog Ice Cream Recipe 2 cups eggnog 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla Extract 1 tsp rum Extract Cinnamon to taste Nutmeg to taste
Combine eggnog and heavy cream in a large bowl. Add extracts, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours (or longer). Freeze in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. In my Cuisinart, it takes about 20 minutes or so.
