Once upon a time, back in 2004, while Google was busy revolutionising email storage and Mark Zuckerberg was blissfully unaware of the social media titan he was creating, I stumbled into my very first commercial property deal. Fast forward 20 years, and while I’m no Facebook expert 😅 I do have a pretty good grasp on commercial property investing. So, I thought, what better way to celebrate the past two decades than by sharing my learnings with all of you? All jokes aside, this list might be one of the most important episodes I've done to date. It’s packed with things I wish I knew before getting started in commercial property. Now, I'm not claiming to have all the answers. Even after all this time in the industry, I’m still learning too. In fact, some of these insights are fairly fresh epiphanies.
