| Episode 162: P2 | 29 Oct 2024 | 01:09:57 | |
Welcome back, spooky friends! This week, our pal Dr. Nick returns to help us discuss the 2007 slasher flick P2. It's a solid contender for Worst Movie Title Ever, but as we'll discover, the movie itself is pretty solid!
It's Christmas Eve, and office worker Angela finds herself stuck in her office building with lonely security guard Thomas. Things quickly take a turn for the worst as Thomas reveals himself to be a lovelorn psycho who takes her hostage and tries to have his way with her. She escapes, and a brutal game of cat and mouse ensues.
We'll dig into what makes this movie tick, how it has or hasn't aged gracefully, and the use of Christmas music as diegetic plot devices. Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #33: Tales from the Crypt, "And All Through The House" | 22 Oct 2024 | 00:37:15 | |
Greetings boils and ghouls! Home For The Horrordays continues this week as we bring you a Stocking Stuffer on the Tales from the Crypt episode "And All Through the House"!
Based on the 1950s horror comics of the same name, Tales from the Crypt ran for seven seasons on HBO, and featured some of the biggest names in action and horror at the time. The episode we're discussing tonight comes from Back to the Future director Robert Zemeckis!
After killing her husband on Christmas Eve, murderous mom Elizabeth is besieged by a deranged serial killer dressed up as Santa Claus. She can't call the cops, because there's already a dead body in the house, so she'll just have to deal with it herself! It's a gruesome, gag-filled good time. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 153: The Naughty Nine | 07 Mar 2024 | 01:00:45 | |
And we're back! On this episode, Nikki returns to help Joe and Bradford break down Disney's most recent holiday offering: The Naughty Nine!
On Christmas morning, Andy discovers Santa did not bring him the video game console he asked for. Realizing he's been put on the naughty list, Andy enlists the help of seven kids with expert skills (and one adult who's definitely not Chris Pratt) to fly to the North Pole and steal back the Christmas gifts they rightly deserve. So it's Ocean's Eleven but with kids. Cool. Great.
Also in this episode, Joe pitches his own idea for a Christmas kids movie, Bradford explains the distinction between a horse-cop and a cop-horse, and Nikki regrets ever returning to this stupid podcast. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 83: Bah Humduck! A Looney Tunes Thing | 30 Apr 2019 | 01:01:00 | |
Join us this week as we discuss the direct-to-video Looney Tunes film Bah, Humduck! A Looney Tunes Christmas. In this shameless rehash of "A Christmas Carol", Daffy Duck is an evil department store owner visited by three spirits to teach him the True Meaning of Christmas! Or at least, that's what the last ten minutes is about. The rest is your usual Looney Tunes shenanigans executed on a shoestring budget. Also in this episode, J-5 remembers the plot of "A Christmas Carol" through cultural osmosis, Bradford narcs on his neighbors, and we discover the one thing this cartoon has in common with Silent Night Deadly Night. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 82: The Leprechaun's Christmas Gold | 10 Apr 2019 | 00:43:47 | |
Can you believe it's been four years and we haven't discussed a single Rankin/Bass special yet? (That live-action remake of The Year Without a Santa Claus doesn't count. It'll never count. Fight me.) Anyway, this week we're diving deeeeeeeep into the Rankin/Bass catalog to discuss the 1981 special The Leprechaun's Christmas Gold! It's about leprechauns trying to stop a banshee from stealing their gold before Christmas morning. Why leprechauns? Why Christmas? Why anything? Later, we move on to discussing Nestor the Long-Eared Christmas Donkey. That's right, you're getting two Rankin/Bass specials for the price of one. Looks like the luck of the Irish is on your side this week! Questions/Comments?
| Episode 81: Anna and the Apocalypse | 26 Mar 2019 | 01:10:45 | |
Happy Redboxing Day, everybody! Last year's holiday hits are finally available to rent, so this week we're digging into one Joe has been looking forward to for quite some time: the Scottish high school zombie musical Anna and the Apocalypse! The trailers describe it as "Shaun of the Dead meets La La Land" and you would be surprised to find out which half of that equation fares better. Oh, and also there's a bunch of Christmas stuff in the movie too for some reason. Anywho, come join Joe & Bradford as we break down which aspects of this film work, which ones don't, and why Search Engine Optimization is such an important factor now in the holiday film industrial complex. Fun! Questions/Comments?
| Episode 80: The Star | 12 Mar 2019 | 01:07:08 | |
Now, I know what you're thinking. "The Christmas podcast that does swears is gonna do a Bible movie?!?" Let me state right up front that there are absolutely ways to make religious movies with the artistry to back up the message. And then there are ways to make religious movies that exclusively preach to the choir. Guess which category The Star falls into... We spend a lot of time discussing what makes this goofy little donkey film so uninspired. But fair warning: We also spend a lot of that time dropping f-bombs. If you're not cool with that, we'll see you next time. If you ARE cool with that, then I think you're in for a treat. In this episode, we discuss the possibility of gorillas at the Nativity, what a remake of The Crow starring Oprah Winfrey might look like and, of course, where The Star fits into the Winslowverse. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 79: The Office Christmas Special | 19 Feb 2019 | 01:07:34 | |
The office Christmas party is such a cliche at this point that every workplace comedy inevitably has to make that episode. I mean, there's even a whole movie built around the idea. (We reviewed it once; it's terrible.) This week, the guys take a look at the Christmas special from the original UK version of The Office. Is David Brent a sympathetic figure? How easy is it to separate the Brent persona from Ricky Gervais himself? Does this special undermine the tone of the rest of the series? These are the questions we wrestle with in this episode. Come join us! Questions/Comments? Outro: "If You Don't Know Me By Now", David Brent
| Episode 78: Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups | 05 Feb 2019 | 01:08:49 | |
If you've listened to our show for any length of time, you'll know that we don't plan things like this. The fact that this week's film is eerily similar to the last film we covered is 100% accidental. Anyway, this week we're taking our third trip into the Air Bud Cinematic Universe with Santa Paws 2, a film whose plot bears a striking resemblance to The Christmas Chronicles, and which fundamentally skews our understanding of Buddies canon, the Winslowverse, and life as we know it. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 77: The Christmas Chronicles | 22 Jan 2019 | 01:11:50 | |
AND WE'RE BACK! Join us as we kick off SEASON FIVE of Christmas Creeps with our new January tradition: Netflix originals! Last year we got things started with the drunken sasquatch escapades of Pottersville. This year, we hitch a ride on Santa's sleigh to discuss The Christmas Chronicles, starring Kurt Russell as the world's coolest Santa/stepdad/rockstar/car thief. Also in this episode we get into found footage movies, our favorite cinematic Santas, and how this is the Chris Columbus movie to end all Chris Columbus movies. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 76: Cobra | 31 Dec 2018 | 01:17:27 | |
New Year's Eve is St. Sylvester's Day, which is all the excuse we need to watch another Sylvester Stallone movie here on the podcast! This week, Joe & J5 kick back, enjoy some Christmas Tree flavored crisps, and examine the whole "Is Die Hard a Christmas movie" debate through the lens of Stallone's 1986 action vehicle Cobra. Why Cobra, you ask? Because it just happens to take place around the holidays, and is exactly the movie people are thinking of when they say Die Hard isn't a Christmas movie. Join us as we dig into what separates these two films, as well as how strange and oh-so-very 80s Cobra is in its own right. SEGMENT #1 (00:02:01) - Iceland's Christmas Tree Crisps SEGMENT #2 (00:11:01) - "Is Die Hard a Christmas movie?" SEGMENT #3 (00:32:03) - We finally talk about Cobra Questions/Comments?
| Episode 75: Team America: World Police | 25 Dec 2018 | 01:31:15 | |
Merry Christmas, one and all! We finally made it to the big day, and it's time for a break. We celebrate July at Christmas here on Christmas Creeps, and this year we're discussing Team America: World Police! 2004 was a crazy time, partly because we used to think Trey Parker and Matt Stone's puppet comedy was actually a scathing political satire, and not just an angry screed at celebrities they don't like. Look, it was a simpler time, as horrifying as that is to imagine... Also on this episode, we talk about SantaCon 2018, Parker & Stone's short lived TV series That's My Bush, and whether or not E.T. could defeat Santa in hand-to-hand combat. Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #15: Futurama - "Xmas Story" | 18 Dec 2018 | 00:31:07 | |
We're back to kick off the holidays in style! This week, we're bringing you a Stocking Stuffer on Johnny-5's favorite TV show: Futurama! Join us as Joe, J5 and Karyn discuss season 2's "Xmas Story" as well as the pronunciation of "Xmas", why a parrot sounds so much like a monkey, and how Santa became an avatar for evil. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 152: Video Games of 2023 (Part 2) | 13 Feb 2024 | 00:59:32 | |
It's been a few weeks, but we're finally wrapping up our video game extravaganza! If you haven't listened to part 1 yet, we highly recommend you give that a listen before diving into part 2. (Link's in the show notes!) In this episode, we each discuss our top two games of the year, plus some honorable mentions, and a handful of comments from our very own listeners! See? If you listened to Christmas Creeps, we might put you on the show too. Anywho, now that we've finally gotten Video Game Chat out of our systems, we can get back to the business of talking about terrible Christmas movies. Stay tuned for your regularly scheduled Christmas Creeps! Questions/Comments? Intro/Outro: Happy Christmas, You Guys! (Simon Panrucker) / CC BY-NC-SA 3.0
| Episode 74: Eight Crazy Nights | 05 Dec 2018 | 01:40:45 | |

Music expert Libby Cudmore joins us this week to discuss Sandler's first—and so far only—foray into animated holiday musicals: Eight Crazy Nights! Join us as break the film down song by song, as well as reminisce about seeing and actually enjoying this awful film back in the day. Believe us, it has not aged well... ALSO: If you enjoyed this episode and want to hear us break down MORE movie soundtracks, Joe and Libby are about to launch a podcast alllll about that! The OST Party kicks off December 18th, when they'll be digging into the soundtracks to Clerks and Batman Forever! Follow @OSTParty on Twitter for the latest! Questions/Comments?

It's Thanksgiving week here in the US, and you know what that means: We're celebrating Shane Black Friday! On this episode, Breaking Mayberry host Martin R. Schneider joins us to discuss Shane Black's Iron Man 3, the only movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that even exists in the ballpark of holiday cinema. Stay tuned for a special second episode this Thursday! Questions/Comments?
| Episode 72: Silent Night Deadly Night 2 | 30 Oct 2018 | 01:06:39 | |
Home For The Horrordays continues this week, as Karyn-5 returns to discuss one of the most notoriously terrible slasher films ever made: Silent Night Deadly Night 2! While the original is a fairly straightforward little slasher film, the sequel cranks things to 11 with a half hour of needless flashbacks and one of the most baffling lead performances ever committed to film. But as we discover, that's exactly what makes the film so damn entertaining! Also on this episode: We discover a universe in which Two & A Half Men is the greatest TV show ever made, and we plead with the WWE for a big budget remake. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 71: Better Watch Out | 16 Oct 2018 | 01:09:38 | |
It’s October, everybody! Grab your pumpkin spiced beverages and your candy corn flavored whatnots, because it’s time to go Home For the HorrorDays! This week, we’re discussing the indie/Aussie holiday horror film Better Watch Out. This film features a couple twists and turns that get us very riled up, so we encourage you to hunt down a copy to watch before diving in to join us. Then again, if holiday slashers aren’t really your thing, we do pretty much spoil the whole movie and then some. So we got your back! Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #14: Adventure Time - "Holly Jolly Secrets" | 25 Sep 2018 | 00:34:38 | |
On this week's Stocking Stuffer, Joe & Bradford travel to the Land of Ooo and discuss "Holly Jolly Secrets", from the third season of Adventure Time. Finn and Jake discover the Ice King's secret box of videotapes, and a Christmas tradition is accidentally born. Also in this episode, we talk about having fun in the era of camcorders, the paradigm shift between 1990s cartoons and 2010s cartoons, and more! Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #13: Doug's Secret Christmas | 18 Sep 2018 | 00:27:54 | |
Hurricane Florence scuttled our regular recording plans, but never fear! Stocking Stuffers are here! On this episode, Joe & Bradford discuss "Doug's Secret Christmas", the only episode of Disney's Doug to air in prime time! The guys are forced to look on as Doug has The Talk with his dad, discover how Doug is somehow more progressive than Ed, Edd & Eddy, and Joe comes to the realization that he's been celebrating Christmas of 2015 for the past four years. Stuff gets real in this episode, y'all... Questions/Comments?
| Episode 70: Go (1999) | 04 Sep 2018 | 01:10:39 | |
Happy September, gang! Labor Day has come and gone, summer is unofficially over, and we're beginning the long, slow wind-up to the holiday season! This week on the show, the guys tackle the 1999 drug-fueled teen crime comedy GO. We got a creepy techno robot Santa, we got beater cars decked out in Christmas lights, and we got Joe being wrong about absolutely everything. Join us as we sample some of the latest holiday candies, discuss the separation between rave culture and anime culture, and sort out what makes this film tick! Questions/Comments? Film critic Alonso Duralde joins us to discuss the 1985 teen sex comedy The Sure Thing, starring John Cusack and Daphne Zuniga! Duralde is the author of Have Yourself a Movie Little Christmas, a compendium of holiday cinema goodness, so we trust him when he says Rob Reiner's sophomore feature is definitely a Christmas movie. | Finding Creepy Santa #1 | 13 Aug 2018 | 00:14:33
Welcome to part one of a new investigative series we're calling Finding Creepy Santa. Libby Cudmore swears there is a deleted scene from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas which has been lost to the sands of time. It first appeared on the film's original DVD release and has since apparently been left out of all subsequent editions. Libby has turned to us to help her unearth this lost piece of holiday cinema history. In this episode, Libby and Joe discuss the scene, and it's last known whereabouts. If you have any information regarding this scene, let us know on Twitter! Questions/Comments?
| Episode 151: Video Games of 2023 (Part 1) | 24 Jan 2024 | 00:49:21 | |
Happy New Year, Creepazoids! 2024 marks our 10th year of Christmas Creeps, and to celebrate we're kicking off the year with a show we've wanted to do for a long time: Video Game Chat! This week we're taking a break from Christmas movies to talk about the best video games we've played in 2023. They don't have to be new games, just games we played in the last year. Them's the rules. We realize this episode may not be everyone's cup of tea, but rest assured our regular programming will resume in February. For now though, please enjoy this ridiculous episode in which we all talk so much about video games that we had to break it up into two parts! (Part 2 coming next week!) Questions/Comments? | Episode 68: In Bruges | 07 Aug 2018 | 01:01:33
August is Travel Month here on Christmas Creeps, and this month we've got two travel-themed episodes lined up just for you! This week, we're jetting off to Europe to discuss Martin McDonagh's 2008 murder comedy In Bruges. Join us as we follow hitmen Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson on a trip to a sleepy little town in Belgium, where we discuss the works of Hieronymus Bosch, consider Post-Tarantino crime films, and read negative Yelp reviews of Belgian bowling alleys! CONTENT WARNING: Lots of talk about the film and its depiction of violence against minors in this episode. It’s kind of hard to talk about the film without it. Listener discretion is advised. | Stocking Stuffer #12: A Very Sunny Christmas | 31 Jul 2018 | 00:40:40
On this week's Stocking Stuffer, Joe & Bradford giggle like idiots as they discuss "A Very Sunny Christmas", from season 6 of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. We got your Radio Shack robots, claymation raisins, and more depraved insanity than you can shake a stick at! It's terrible and gross, but kind of lovely all the same. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 67: A Wish For Wings That Work | 17 Jul 2018 | 00:57:53 | |
Happy July, gang! The only thing that can save us from the oppressive summer heat is that frosty air way up in the jet stream. But as we all know, penguins can’t fly, and neither can your favorite holiday podcasters. This week Joe and Bradford tackle the 1991 Opus & Bill Christmas special A Wish For Wings That Work. And to help us discuss this holiday oddity, we’ve enlisted comic strip connoisseur and host of the Andy Griffith Show podcast Breaking Mayberry, Martin Schneider! Questions/Comments?
| Episode 66: Jingle All The Way | 26 Jun 2018 | 01:28:25 | |
We’re halfway to Christmas, folks, and this week we’re pulling out one of the big guns. It’s Jingle All The Way! Arnold Schwarzenegger chases Sinbad around Minneapolis for the last Turbo Man toy in the city. Meanwhile, the gang reminisce about some of the hottest must-have toys of yesteryear, as well as how this movie is ground zero for our modern consumerist hellscape! NB: Movie chat begins at 23:05. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 65: Jurassic World | 12 Jun 2018 | 01:00:01 | |
It's an episode 65 million years in the making, and believe it or not, we have a perfectly valid reason for discussing this movie that has nothing to do with the sequel coming out this summer! Also in this week's episode, Joe ponders the fate of one Mr. James Buffett, Johnny-5 subjects himself to the poprocks and coke challenge, and Karyn and Bradford try their hardest to keep it together. This is a very silly episode. Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #11: Rugrats - "The Santa Experience" | 22 May 2018 | 00:35:03 | |
Remember how we said all Stocking Stuffers from now on would be Somewhat Safe For Work? Weellllllll, about that... Look, we recorded this episode two days before LAST Christmas and none of us were in our right minds. That's why we started talking about "The Santa Experience", from the second season of Rugrats, and wound up talking entirely too much about Disney's revival of Doug and whether or not it featured an episode about Sex Ed. HEY! We've put a couple of our older episodes on YouTube! Check em out and share the link around! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6n23gJnd8EcHaeZ-e1PQzg Questions/Comments?
| Episode 64: Santa & The Ice Cream Bunny | 08 May 2018 | 01:03:06 | |
You lovely listeners voted to make us watch some obscure garbage this week, so we do exactly that with the 1972 bargain basement kiddie flick Santa & The Ice Cream Bunny! Will Santa escape the blistering Florida sun? What exactly is the point of Jack & The Beanstalk? As Joe describes it, if The Ring were a Christmas film, this is what you'd find on the cursed videotape. Enjoy, you maniacs! (Also, mild spoiler alert for Westworld if that's important.) Questions/Comments?
| Episode 63: Christmas Inheritance | 17 Apr 2018 | 01:22:30 | |
This week, the gang picks apart Christmas Inheritance, a Netflix original film trying to horn in on Hallmark's holiday action. Along the way, we also land on the fallacy of the Manic Pixie Dream Town, and figure out how to turn Westworld into a romantic comedy. Anything to keep from having to discuss this movie, really. Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #10: Twilight Zone - "Night of the Meek" | 03 Apr 2018 | 00:30:23 | |
Submitted for your approval the following Stocking Stuffer: This week, Joe & Bradford discuss "Night of the Meek", the Christmas episode from season two of The Twilight Zone! When a drunk department store Santa finds St. Nick's bag of goodies on Christmas Eve, he makes it his mission to spread holiday cheer to the less fortunate. But Christmas cheer comes at a price... Also in this episode, we declare that from here on, all Stocking Stuffer episodes will be somewhat safe for work. SSFW! Questions/Comments?
| Episode 62: The Year Without A Santa Claus (2006) | 27 Mar 2018 | 01:00:20 | |
On this episode, Joe & Johnny-5 tackle The Year Without A Santa Claus, a live-action, made-for-TV remake of the Rankin/Bass animated special, which has absolutely no reason to exist other than to fill a timeslot and to give our boys hell. It's got John Goodman as Santa, Michael McKean and Harvey Fierstein as the Miser Brothers... And... And... Listen, guys, this one is truly painful. Please, join us in our misery! There's still time to vote for us in Yes! Weekly's poll on the best local podcasts! Voting ends April 1st, so get voting! Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #32: A Very Merry Adult Swim Christmas | 25 Dec 2023 | 00:31:57 | |
Merry Christmas, Creepazoids! The big day is finally here! On this episode, Joe is joined by his fiancée Nikki to share a few of their favorite Adult Swim Christmas episodes. Nikki brings us "Dethmas", the Christmas episode of Metalocalypse, in which heavy metal band Dethklok get unwittingly roped into not only taking part in a TV Christmas special, but also into entertaining their mothers for Christmas. It's brutal. Then, Joe comes bearing the gift of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and "Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past from the Future", the single greatest episode title in television history. To all our listeners, thank you so much for making us a part of your podcast rotation. 2023 has been a bit of a rocky year for us here at Christmas Creeps, but we've still tried to bring you the most entertaining, ridiculous Christmas media podcast of them all. We couldn't do this without you. So have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and we'll see you in 2024! Intro: White Christmas (The Drifters)
| Episode 61: Trading Places | 06 Mar 2018 | 00:59:56 | |
In honor of the Oscars, this week the gang dives into the class warfare and holiday stylings of 1983's Trading Places, the Academy Award-nominated comedy starring Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy! In this episode, we cover class warfare, Dan Aykroyd cramming a whole salmon in his shirt, and the 80s' fascination with blackface, great apes and Jim Belushi. Also, we're up for an award! Vote for us today in YES! Weekly's Triad's Best Awards. We're in the running for Best Local Podcast and it would mean the world to us if you would click over and cast a vote for yours truly! | Stocking Stuffer #9: Hey Arnold's Christmas | 20 Feb 2018 | 00:34:19
On this edition of Stocking Stuffers, Joe & Bradford are joined by Johnny-5 and longtime listener Booker to discuss "Arnold's Christmas", the holiday episode from the first season of Hey Arnold! Arnold's quest to reunite a neighbor with his daughter for the holidays finds Arnold running all over town searching for a pair of snow boots, which in turn leads to wacky hijinks that suspiciously resemble the film Jingle All the Way. Also in this episode, the Creeps discuss their own hot gift items from Christmas past. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 60: The Search for Santa Paws | 06 Feb 2018 | 01:01:04 | |
This week, the gang skips out on the Puppy Bowl so that we could bring you this podcast all about 2010's The Search for Santa Paws. It's a wholly unnecessary sequel to Santa Buddies, which features more ethnically insensitive dog stereotypes, more kids with Sad Movie Kid Syndrome, and more JO crystals than you can shake a stick at. Also, we somehow fall ass backwards into discussing the economy of holiday charity drives, and Jonathan-5 comes up with the greatest Air Bud sequel they'll never, ever make. Oh, and we talk about Christmas and stuff! Questions/Comments?
| Episode 59: Pottersville | 23 Jan 2018 | 00:59:23 | |
Happy 2018 everyone! Join us this week as we ring in the new year with Pottersville, a movie so baffling and star-studded that we honestly have no idea what to do with it. It's got Bigfoot! It's got furries! It's got a bunch of hamfisted references to It's A Wonderful Life! It's one of the more inexplicably weird movies we've ever covered on the podcast, and it is also 100% real. Go check Netflix if you don't believe us. Questions/Comments?
| Episode 58: Rocky IV | 26 Dec 2017 | 01:09:43 | |
Happy Boxing Day, gang! This week we're pulling triple duty by celebrating Christmas, Boxing Day AND July At Christmas all in one episode! It's 1985's Rocky IV, in which the Italian Stallion goes up against the Soviet punching machine Ivan Drago. It's a jingoistic farce that drenches itself in Cold War hysteria, and it also happens to take place at Christmas, so guess what? We say it counts. Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #8: King of the Hill - "Hillennium" | 19 Dec 2017 | 00:36:27 | |
On this edition of Stocking Stuffers, Joe & Bradford soldier onward through the Christmas episodes of King of the Hill with season 4's "Hillennium". When Hank gets spooked by the prospect of the Y2K bug, he panics by buying his family Y2K-compliant gifts like toilet paper and a grandfather clock. Sure, this is more of a New Year's episode, but it features Christmas prominently and also gives us an excuse to discuss the Y2K phenomenon, as well as New Year's in general. This year we're kicking off the holidays with a new annual tradition: It's Shane Black Friday! Director Shane Black cannot resist the urge to set all of his movies around the holidays, like this week's film, the 2005 detective farce Kiss Kiss Bang Bang! Can Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer solve a Hollywood murder without killing each other first? How well has this film aged since its Bush-era heydey? The answer to these questions and more on this week's episode! Questions/Comments?
| Stocking Stuffer #7: Pete & Pete - "O Christmas Pete" | 14 Nov 2017 | 00:23:44 | |

Happy Halloween, everybody! Since today is the spookiest day of the year, no Christmas movie will do! On this double-wide episode, we tackle two Halloween staples: First up, the Creeps dig into It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown and whether or not it's actually terrifying. | Stocking Stuffer #6: King of the Hill - "Pretty Pretty Dresses" | 12 Sep 2017 | 00:28:37
We continue our march through King of the Hill‘s Christmas episodes with season 3’s “Pretty Pretty Dresses,” in which Bill suffers a bout of suicidal depression around the holidays. This episode is a perfect example of how well this show broaches sensitive issues in a thoughtful manner while still letting its characters be lovable goofs. By 1998 standards, at least.
