Today's episode I talk a little bit about how I choose to share my tarot practice with my kids. I used a terrible deck called book of shadows there's 2 decks that go together in it there's volume 1 as above and volume 2 so below. How I let them pull cards how I explain in a kid friendly manner what they might mean how sometimes I let them tell me there are personal interpretations of a card. Today I share a few meditation techniques I like using in my House of Chaos. With 3 very young kids there's no real quit time to do the typical meditations, So I Figured out some fun ways to do it anyways, and brought the kids in on the fun. From singing and dancing, to just a few simple breathing techniques for you to calm yourself as a parent in the midst of a situation. This also very quickly turned more into a parenting episode than a spiritual episode, either way there are a some good tricks up my sleeve in this one. I hope you enjoy.

Today I had a great time talking about foraging wild plants and herbs with my kids. This entire episode is very child friendly and brings up many ways you can include your kids with your plant magic. Kids Love nature, they love learning, and they love helping their parents. Lets give them something constructive and practical to do along with teaching them about the magic within.
