| 210. Is Your Love Really Love Or A Cage? | 14 Feb 2026 | 00:29:06 | |
Welcome back to The Leela Show. In this episode, I have spoken about something that I had been reflecting on for a long time.
Do you ever feel that we stay in relationships not because they nourish us, but because they feel familiar, or because leaving feels harder than staying? I have talked about how love, over time, can slowly turn into responsibility, performance, or even a kind of survival without us fully realising when that shift happened.
In this episode, you will find perspectives from psychology, personal patterns, and a tantric lens, speaking about people-pleasing, unconscious loyalty, and the ways we sometimes begin caretaking instead of truly relating.
This episode is an invitation to pause, reflect, and ask honest questions about love, intimacy, and authenticity. If this video truly feels aligned with you, subscribe to the channel.

| 114. Live as a Consciousness. Not as a Human-Robot. | 03 Jun 2021 | 00:27:14 | |
Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only.
This episode is about understanding whether we live as consciousness or keep doing things as a human-robot. While we may think we have control over everything, there is almost nothing that we can control. When we start to become available to higher consciousness, we start to understand the difference between what we can manage and what we just have to cooperate with. This episode is an invitation to dive deeper into your elements of sexual energy, ego, greed, anger, happiness, and all of the other emotions that really define you. Then to understand how these emotions are controlling you rather than you managing them. Once you understand that, we arrive at the tantra perspective on how we can truly maximize the power and strength of our consciousness and go beyond those robotic, unconscious life patterns that keep dictating how we should live and love. | 113. Let Go of Expectations | 27 May 2021 | 00:23:36
Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only. This episode is about understanding how we need to handle our expectations. Whenever we feel angry, stressed out, or anxious, it is mostly when our expectations are not fulfilled. Those unfulfilled expectations turn into misery and anger. Meanwhile, the fulfilled expectations give us pleasure and happiness for a moment, but that is only for a moment. If you continue to live your life around expectations, you will never be satisfied. This episode is really a reminder of how we need to revisit our expectations because so much of what we crave for and see in our success and failure is really connected to our expectations. These expectations come from family conditioning, cultural conditioning, and when our mind starts to compare and calculate our journey based on what is happening outside. In the age of social media, expectations really start to dictate and dominate how you should live and that is where the misery shows up. We hope this episode brings you an awareness of what your expectations are and how they are dominating you. Useful links:

| 112. Toxic Masculinity vs. Divine Masculinity | 20 May 2021 | 00:28:07 | |
Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only. In this episode, Chandresh discusses why masculinity is toxic, angry, or unconscious, and suppressed. He explains why anger seems to be the most common expression of men when they are going through a conflict, why it's difficult for men to be vulnerable, in touch with their feelings, and why this problem is not addressed and seen in the most open way. Chandresh shares the tantra perspective on the suppressed masculinity and how the feminine and women have taken a revolutionary approach toward liberating themselves from conditioning. However, men are still slow in taking those steps because patriarchy has damaged the fragrance and foundation for both men and women. This episode is all about going deeper into how a man can go beyond their conditioning and invite a new awareness and strength for the new man that they need to be in these times. The man of this century is required to be vulnerable, poetic, mystic, emotional, spiritual, and a mix of all the seasons and elements. The anger, aggression, and possessiveness need to finally go away, and our hope is this episode will open a conversation and dialog in the heart of men to be receptive, open, and find their spiritual liberation. | 111. We Don't Matter. And that's Great News. | 13 May 2021 | 00:24:07
Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only.
This week's episode is about how the ego glorifies things and makes something that is meaningless, our entire existence. This could be the job, getting the next material item, the unnecessary drama that we love sometimes, or the need to always win an argument. The list is countless, but the point is when the ego makes you think you need to win or be the first in the race, even though it's a rat race, that makes you feel that everything revolves around you. The deeper you go in your awareness, you realize we do not matter and our silly ideas about success and failure do not matter. This is all a product of social and cultural conditions. In this episode, Chandresh shares this uncomfortable insight that so much of what we do is actually a meaningless, unconscious repetition of things and when we realize that none of that matters, then the real experience of life starts to wake up and expand through us. Then we realize that surrender, devotion, and liberation from this kind of conditioning matters and we have to get out of our own way to experience that. Useful links:

| 110. Meditating vs Staying Meditative | 06 May 2021 | 00:17:31 | |
Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only.
In this episode, Chandresh shares how being in a meditative state is different from meditating. Most people put in the effort to meditate in the moment, but forget about what happens beyond the mat and meditation session. This episode is all about reflecting on how each of us handles everything within and around us both on and off the meditation mat. When you are showing up for meditation, you can recharge yourself. If you are not paying attention to how you handle and respond to life at other times, you might lose that recharged energy in the blink of a moment. It is very important to stay aware and witness all of the chaos, calmness, pain, and suffering that show up from awareness. This episode encourages everyone to make aware choices and to show up for their awareness 24/7. Useful links:

| 109. The Future of Intimacy and Relationships | 29 Apr 2021 | 00:20:36 | |
Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only. In this episode, Chandresh shares what could happen when virtual reality and technological developments take over human intimacy. There are many devices and sex toys being developed right now that bring more pleasure, excitement, and help to eliminate the loneliness in human connections. Chandresh shares questions we may be thinking if technology takes over intimacy. For example, what will define consent or cheating? What would be the state of aloneness and mental health as the robots and sex toys start to take over human companionship? Above all, what happens to the sacredness in the act of sex, and the healing that happens when we speak and connect with a human. Intimacy goes way beyond the physical connection and is a deeper experience. The bright side is if you handle the present state of your intimacy, then the future of intimacy will be bright and fine for you. If your present connection with intimacy is blurry and uncertain, then this will translate into the future as well. We hope this episode allows people to reflect on the tough questions that they need to meditate on right now so they can handle their future better with the technology that is taking over intimacy. | 108. Self-Realization Through Silence- A Tantra Perspective | 22 Apr 2021 | 00:56:36
Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only. In present time silence is often associated with the idea of suppression, weakness, or some sort of bypassing of important emotions. However, silence has always played an important role in the tantra traditions and in the different paths of meditation. Silence here does not mean suppression or bypassing something. Instead, it is a really powerful bridge and pathway toward experiencing, obtaining, and cultivating self-realization. In this episode, Chandresh shares a lot of simple and deep teachings on silence. Through tantra, we can see that something as simple as silence is taught in the twelve steps of silence and the ancient wisdom traditions because although it looks simple, there is a science behind the silence. If you learn this the right way, it can open up some extremely powerful doors toward your healing and self-realization. We hope this episode resonates with you and helps you.

In this episode, Chandresh shares how you can understand that you are playing the roles and get unstuck in the ones you are stuck in. He also shares what solutions you can implement mindfully so that you do not become the roles you play.

| 100. The Goddess Womb - A Tantra Teaching | 25 Feb 2021 | 00:22:04 | |
In this episode, Chandresh shares one of the teachings of the tantra science and rituals to honor and understand the divine feminine within. The Goddess Womb practice takes you to the space where you were even before you were conceived. This is a very deep and intense practice where you can transcend the family trauma, karmic contracts, cultural conditioning, and deepest fears. The goddess womb has nothing to do with your biological connections, but everything to do with your conscious connections and divine consciousness. It is a teaching that is very deep and very layered. This episode is a tiny introduction to this concept. Our hope is people will find this episode as a good kick start toward this journey.

| 98. Analyzing Cultural Appropriation of Eastern Spirituality | 11 Feb 2021 | 00:46:50 | |
In this episode, Chandresh discusses the heated debate that is going on about the cultural appropriation of tantra, yoga, and eastern spirituality. Chandresh shares his perspective and experience on how we can arrive at a solution. The cultural appropriation debate is asking for the respect that the eastern spirituality deserves. Chandresh discusses questions like: What problems are being faced in western society that are becoming a challenge in healing the cultural appropriation problem? What exactly is missing in the western culture that is not enabling the cultural appreciation part to happen? He also shares various solutions and discusses how we can turn this problem into a solution. Some of these include mantras and teachings from various teachers and masters who have talked about being in the global village and treating the world as your family. The truth is, spirituality is for everyone. It is not a monopoly of a certain religion, color, or community. In order for us to channel and expand into any form of art or spirituality, we have to learn how to use it in the most respectful way. This is the basic, most fundamental part. Useful links:

| 97. Make Someone Feel Safe | 04 Feb 2021 | 00:27:05 | |
In this episode, Chandresh shares a human behavior dynamic. Sometimes we give symptoms or signs and others say that you can't be trusted or are not ready to be a part of the group, but the truth is maybe they are not feeling safe or ready yet. If you judge them too quickly, you will take away the opportunity for yourself and them to learn something really important. In this episode, Chandresh asks people to reflect upon some fundamental questions. How do I make others feel safe? Do I feel safe with myself? What is my love language and the love language of the people I surround myself with? This episode is a reminder of how you respond to the vulnerability and energies of others, and an encouragement to check in with how you interact with others and make them feel safe. Useful links:

In this episode, Chandresh shares how personality compromises of the ideas, narratives, labels, and stories we receive from society, family, religion, school, and so on. This notion of personality becomes so strong within us that we are not able to go beyond that personality. Ultimately, we start living as an idea of someone which is not ours. The point is to go beyond becoming and start being. Chandresh shares a few points like having the willingness to go beyond the personality, and to disobey consciously in order to transcend the personality. | 85. From Anger to Compassion | 29 Oct 2020 | 00:20:32
In this episode, Chandresh shares how anger is not the real problem. The problem comes when we are not ready to understand the root of anger and heal the unconscious patterns that elevate it. As a society, we are not comfortable with anger, but taught to suppress the anger so it never really comes out in its pure form. Instead, it is blended with ego, control, and violence. This is one of the reasons anger creates multiple troubles in our mind and emotions. In this episode, Chandresh shares the tantra perspective on how to release and channel anger into creative conscious outlets. Anger has the potential to become ultimate compassion, but can only do so by understanding it, respecting it, and then using the power of meditation to flow through it. Chandresh also shares his own personal story with anger and an inspiring story from Buddha's journey in how he led others in healing their anger and finding a home for their bliss through it. | 78. Are you Over Giving? | 10 Sep 2020 | 00:24:08
This week's episode is all about understanding how sometimes in life we over give, and that over giving is never healthy. Sometimes we do it out of compassion. Other times we do it out of our own conditioning, childhood or adult experiences, for our job, money, and more. However, overgiving never turns out to be a healing experience for anything. In the spiritual traditions, we replace over giving with conscious giving. Conscious giving then leads to conscious receiving. In this episode, Chandresh shares his personal journey with over giving and the lessons he has come to understand, and continues to practice and implement. Useful links:

| 76. Energy Transformation in Tantra | 20 Aug 2020 | 00:27:14 | |
In tantra, the most powerful teaching is the transformation of energy. Tantra does not teach us to suppress, but instead is very inclusive and inviting toward whatever kind of energy you are going through. Tantra encourages the transformation of the energy whether it be sexual, anger, greed, attachment, etc. It especially welcomes energies we consider dark or unwanted because these are the emotions that create suppression, anxiety, and other psychological problems in our being. Tantra teaches us to understand the root of these elements and eventually transform these energies into higher creative outlets. In this episode, Chandresh explains the main aspect of energy transformation along with solutions to it. Useful links:

| 73. Going Beyond Fear | 30 Jul 2020 | 00:25:35 | |
In this episode, Chandresh speaks about how the seeds of fear are planted in childhood. Many times, they are planted when we are conceived in our mother's wound, transferring the fear of our parents to us. Our own past life patterns may also show up. The bottom line is, all of the fear is a symptom of a deeper rooted problem. We are taught to run away from or operate from fear, which does not solve the problem. If we unconsciously move into fear, it builds blind obedience and unconscious rebellion. Both of these elements do not solve the problem. Chandresh shares specific solutions on how to understand fear, go beyond it, and how meditation can be a part of the solution. In next week's episode, we will share a meditation to help us go beyond fear. Useful links:

| 72. Honoring Our Ancestors Through Tantra | 23 Jul 2020 | 00:48:44 | |
In this episode, Chandresh talks about our relationship with ancestors. In the western culture, there is no specific ritual to honor the ancestors and include them in our day to day life. However, in many traditions of the world, there are specific ways to honor ancestors. In this episode, Chandresh discusses tantra and eastern wisdom traditions, sharing his own experience with ancestors and how honoring them starts to unblock conditioning and heal suppression. Even if we believe we are an original piece of art, we all have pieces of recycled material from our ancestors within us. Honoring our ancestors can help us expand our strength and potential. Chandresh shares many tantra practices and rituals including Kul Deva, deity of the lineage, and Kul Dosha, fault or blocked energy in the lineage. We hope this episode brings insight, specific solutions, and ritual practices for not only healing the connection with ancestors, but also bringing more strength, clarity, and courage in how your life is evolving and unfolding.
