The BOLD GAP: Building Resilience When You Want to Quit (Bold Move Challenge)01 Feb 202600:12:38
You mapped your time. You identified your skills. You built your support system. But here's what nobody tells you: the moment you commit to change, everything inside you will fight to pull you back. The doubt will get louder. The fear will feel heavier. And on the hardest days, it's going to be so easy to quit. To retreat back into the comfort of who you used to be. To fall back into the old habits, the old beliefs, the safe job that brings no joy but feels familiar. Welcome to the Bonus Week of The Bold Move Challenge, where we're talking about the part of transformation nobody wants to discuss: the messy middle. The bold gap. The space between where you are and where you want to be. And why this is exactly where resilience is built. ____________ ✨Order The Bold Move✨ πŸ“š The Bold Move: https://www.theboldmovebook.com ____________ Connect with Me: πŸ”΅ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/georgiehubbard/ πŸŸͺ Instagram: http://instagram.com/georgielhubbard ♦️Website: https://www.georgiehubbard.com πŸŒ€Pivotr: https://www.pivotr.com ____________ What You'll Discover 🟣 The Bold Gap: What happens in the space between where you are and where you want to be, and why most people give up right before the breakthrough. 🟣 You're Going to Come Up Against Yourself: Every time you step outside your comfort zone, doubt and fear will show up. This isn't a sign you're failing. It's a sign you're growing. 🟣 Why Change Feels So Hard: If change was easy, everyone would be living their dream life. But it's not. And that's exactly why it's worth it. 🟣 The Comfort Zone Trap: How easy it is to fall back into old habits, old beliefs, and old versions of yourself when the path forward feels uncertain. 🟣 The Regret Test: Would you regret not doing this? Would you look back in a year, five years, ten years and wish you'd kept going? Use this question to guide your decisions. 🟣 Resilience is Built in the Struggle: It's in those moments when you want to quitβ€”when you choose to take one more stepβ€”that your strength and character are forged. 🟣 One Percent Better: You don't have to be perfect. You just have to be one percent better than you were yesterday. One more rep. One more day. One more step forward. 🟣 Check In With Yourself: Are you falling back into old patterns? Are you giving your time and energy to things that don't matter? Keep reconnecting to your why. 🟣 The Messy Middle is Where Growth Lives: On the other side of discomfort is the person you're working to become. Don't turn back now. ____________ Why This Episode Matters: I couldn't end this challenge without preparing you for what's coming. Because the truth is, any time you go for more, more freedom, more impact, more confidence, more joyβ€”you're going to face resistance. Internal resistance. Doubt. Fear. Imposter syndrome. All of it. And if you're not prepared for that, it's so easy to quit. To convince yourself it's too hard. To fall back into what feels safe. But I'm asking you not to do that. Because the person you're becoming on the other side of this discomfort is worth fighting for. And the life you're building is worth the struggle. ____________ Your Bonus Week Challenge: ✨ Acknowledge the messy middle: Understand that change is hard. Expect the doubt. Expect the fear. And keep going anyway. ✨ Reconnect to your why: When doubt gets loud, go back to your why. Why did you start this? What are you working towards? Who are you becoming? ✨ Check in with yourself: Are you falling back into old habits? Are you giving your time and energy to the right things? Keep course-correcting. ✨ Take one more step: You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to take one more step. One percent better than yesterday. ✨ Build your resilience muscle: This is where your strength is built. In the struggle. In the discomfort. In the moments when you choose to keep going. ____________ Join the Movement: If you've been part of this challenge, I want to hear from you. What's been your biggest takeaway? What are you looking forward to? What do you think is going to hold you backβ€”and how are you going to overcome it? Drop a comment below, message me on LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok and tell me: What's one thing you're not giving up on this year? And if you haven't grabbed a copy of The Bold Move yet, now is the time. Everything we've covered in this challengeβ€”and so much moreβ€”is in the book. It's your roadmap for navigating the bold gap and building the resilience you need to keep going. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for doing the work. Thank you for being part of this community. The messy middle is where the magic happens. Don't turn back now. Georgie πŸ’œ
Week 4 - Stop Going It Alone: How to Build a Network That Lifts You Up (Bold Move Challenge)25 Jan 202600:09:21
You mapped your time. You identified your skills. You committed to the identity shift. But you can't make bold moves alone. You were never meant to. Success isn't just about what you know or what you do. It's about who's in your corner when doubt gets loud. It's about who lifts you up when you're questioning everything. It's about who reminds you of your worth when you've forgotten it yourself. Welcome to Week 4 of The Bold Move Challenge, where we're getting intentional about the people we surround ourselves with, and building a support system that actually supports your boldest moves. ____________ ✨Order The Bold Move✨ πŸ“š The Bold Move: https://www.theboldmovebook.com ____________ Connect with Me: πŸ”΅ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/georgiehubbard/ πŸŸͺ Instagram: http://instagram.com/georgielhubbard ♦️Website: https://www.georgiehubbard.com πŸŒ€Pivotr: https://www.pivotr.com ____________ What You'll Discover in Week 4: 🟣 The Power of Your Inner Circle: Why the people you surround yourself with will either accelerate your growth or keep you stuck, and how to identify who's who. 🟣 You Can't Do This Alone: We're not meant to sit in isolation. Human connection is what will separate success from struggle as the world becomes more digital and AI-driven. 🟣 Who Lifts You Up?: I walk you through how to identify the people in your life who energise you, inspire you, and make you feel more confident, and how to spend more intentional time with them. 🟣 The Gratitude Gap: Who are you taking for granted? Who's been quietly cheering you on that you haven't acknowledged or appreciated? This week is about showing up for the people who show up for you. 🟣 Don't Wait Until You Need Them: Most people only engage their network when they're desperate. I'm teaching you how to build genuine relationships before you need them. 🟣 Beyond Your Immediate Circle: Your support system isn't just the people you can call. It's the podcasters, authors, coaches, and influencers who inspire you from a distance. Who are they? And how can you surround yourself with their energy? 🟣 Be a Giver, Not Just a Taker: You have value to bring. How can you support the people in your corner? How can you lift them up the way they lift you? This is about reciprocity, not just networking. 🟣 Build Your Network with Intention: If you don't have a strong support system right now, that's okay. I share exactly how to start building oneβ€”through networking events, online communities, and putting yourself in rooms with like-minded people. 🟣 The Difference Between Giving Up and Keeping Going: When doubt gets loud, your support system is what keeps you moving forward. This is why it matters. This is why you can't skip this step. ____________ Your Week 4 Challenge: ✨ Write down your support system: Who are the people in your life who lift you up? Who energises you? Who inspires you? Make a list of your cheerleaders. ✨ Reach out to someone you've been taking for granted: Send a message. Make a call. Show gratitude. Let them know you appreciate them. ✨ Identify who's outside your immediate circle: Who are the podcasters, authors, coaches, or influencers who inspire you? Follow them. Listen to them. Read their work. Surround yourself with their energy. ✨ Think about how you can give back: What value can you bring to your network? How can you support the people who support you? Relationships are a two-way street. ✨ If your network is small, start building it: Join a community. Attend a networking event. Put yourself in rooms with like-minded people. Your support system won't build itself. ____________ Join the Movement: If you're committing to this week's challenge, I want to hear from you. Comment below, message me on LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok and tell me: Who's one person in your corner that you're grateful for? And how are you going to show them appreciation this week? Use the hashtag #BoldMoveChallenge and let's celebrate the people who lift us up. And here's a little secret: Today was supposed to be the end of the Bold Move Challenge. But I have a sneaky surprise coming next week. A bonus episode that's going to round off this challenge beautifully and set you up for success. So stay tuned. Because we're not done yet. Georgie πŸ’œ
