A GREAT Memorial Day  weekend of fishing offshore, near shore, inshore and back in the sounds! 

Today please take a moment to remember those who fought and died for our freedoms, like fishing. Fishing was great over the weekend btw, lots to talk about. Take a listen!

Bringing you the latest and greatest from Hatteras Village! I'm very happy to be a part of the 29th Annual Hatteras Village Offshore Open this week, where the fishing is going to be stellar!

Fish are still being caught all over! Great catches on all fronts. 

Pretty solid fishing over the weekend!! I'll be reporting this coming week from the docks of the Hatteras Harbor Marina for the Hatteras Village Offshore Open tournament. It's going to be a fantastic week!

A breezy Saturday was a nice set up for a wonderful Sunday on just about all fishing fronts! Looking like a pretty week ahead too! 

Fishing has been business as usual lately but I do have some great information about a fishing tournament in Hyde County on Saturday August 31st, all to benefit the Hyde County Volunteer Fire Department!

This bellyful of laughs, Marty tells about two "do-it-yourselfers" amongst the Oregon Inlet Fleet out in the ocean and how one local captain had them convinced they were about to get hit by a "Japanese Tanker".  You're sure to get a good kick out of this one!

This past week of windy conditions really put a damper on a few of our fisheries, but not all of them! Listen to hear what I mean in that regard, for the weekend outlook and what to possibly expect into the first part of next week.
