In the ultimate "Get Off My Lawn" bureaucratic move, the governing bodies of the game of golf have decided to "do something" about distance in golf. Too bad, it really won't do anything but lead to lawsuits and arguments. JOHN RONIS and BUDDY CHRISTENSEN joined Czabe today on his CzabeCast podcast to discuss, so we decided to cross-post it here as well for you golf nerds who don't listen to Czabe on a daily basis.

Europe took it to the Americans with a 16.5 to 11.5 victory at the 2023 Ryder Cup in Rome, Italy. But was it even really that close? Czabe and the rest of the Capital Golf Gang break down where this year's edition of the Ryder Cup was won, where it was lost and what the U.S.A. needs to do to get this thing back on track for 2025 when the greatest exhibition in golf comes back to America at Bethpage Black on Long Island, NY.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how excited are we about the playing of the 44th Ryder Cup Matches? The gang breakdown what's coming down the pipe for us at starting on September 29th at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia Montecelio, just northeast of Rome — the names (or no-names) that we'll be watching, the stars that won't be there and maybe a bit of intrigue about a course few people know much about.
