In this week's podcast we'll be talking about the real power of AI: understanding your customers. We'll look at what really makes your customers tick, and how you can use that knowledge to improve your business and make more money.

Selling Made Easy, 5 Simple Steps11 Apr 202200:04:13

Selling Made Easy, 5 Simple Steps

There are a lot of conversations about the sales process and many books have been written on the subject. From my experience, the sales presentation can be played on a single page.

Here's a very simple process that can offer you and your team results:

Contact.

Striking up a conversation and building rapport. Taking a genuine interest in the person

Categorise

Asking questions, listen, listen, listen. See if your offer is a good natural fit for the sales conversion to continue. If the sales conversion is to continue, time to establish if their interest is a desire or a need.

Convince.

Bring your product/ service into the conversation. Make sure it’s ticking all the boxes from what they told you in the categorising stage of the conversation.

Close.

Recap! that you have matched all their needs or desires. Establish if there are any other questions that need to be answered. Ask for a commitment.

Complete.

Do all necessary paperwork, cross T & I, explain what will happen next.

Selling Made Easy, 5 Simple Steps.

How about you? Where are you in your presentation and what steps have you been missing.

Why not map out your own sales presentation using this system, I would love to know how you go on. https://joedalton.ie/

Your client's win is your win!08 Apr 202200:01:35

We tend to fall in love with our own products, services and company. However, your love should be for your client and the prospective clients within your industry.

So please ask yourself the following 3 questions:

1. Who do I really serve?

2. How do I serve my client so they may get a win to solve a problem or make something happen?

3. What do I need to do or change within myself so I may show up 110% to support my client?

When you take the emphasis off you and place it wholeheartedly on your clients, you will make your client's life better and your life will start to be enriched too.

NIRs: The Mature Technology Underutilized in Laboratories20 Jun 202300:27:14

On this episode, your host Joe Dalton welcomes Joseph McMahon to talk about RialtoLabs, a company focused on utilizing underutilized technology.

Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) has been around for a while, but the recent convergence of technologies such as cloud, and AI machine learning algorithms aligning with the increased quality and availability of handheld portable NIRS devices have opened up new possibilities for its field applications.

McMahon also discusses how NIRS can be integrated into a laboratory's workflow, which can reduce the use of toxic chemicals and consumables by 75%. Additionally, NIRS makes it easier to analyze soil health, which is critical in delivering ecosystem services. They discuss how the use of this technology can decrease a laboratory's overhead costs while also increasing its productivity and profitability.

The conversation then turns to RialtoLabs, McMahon talks about how the company was formed and how they are working to create an AI model that can provide accurate nutrient information analysis in real-time. They also discuss the potential for near-infrared spectroscopy in developing nations and other regions.
