According to sources, the father of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro told a fake inmate in the jail where he is being housed that he killed the baby and put the baby inside a trash can. Sources say Haro told the fake inmate this as part of a "Perkins Operation" -- when an undercover informant poses as an inmate to get information out of someone in custody. A shooting at a Minneapolis Catholic school killed two children and injured 17 people. The two children killed were ages eight and 10. Fourteen of those injured were also children, police said. Police identified the shooter as Robin Westman and said the weapons used in the shooting were recently purchased and legal.
