In this episode of Breakthrough with Coach B, we chat with my longtime friend from afar, Michael Waddell, a veteran real estate agent from Edmonton, Alberta. Michaelās story is a perfect example of the Breakthrough Methodāthe idea that in order to grow, we need to let go.
Michael was already a very successful agent, selling 60 homes a year all by himself with no administrative support. But despite his financial success, he wasnāt truly thriving in other areas of his life. It wasnāt until he finally listened to his second coach (not the first!) that he decided to get help in his business. And thatās when he discovered that delegation can be addictiveāespecially when it means offloading lower-value, energy-draining tasks so you can reallocate your time to business development and, more importantly, to the areas of life that matter most.
In the first half of this interview, Michael shares his backstory, and in the second half, he dives into the strategies and recommendations he has for anyone looking to get help and scale their real estate business.
