He enlists her help in stopping its flow and finding justice for Dominque Looney, the werewolf Iris killed in the Wild Hunt! With Emily beyond her reach, Iris returns to the coterie, where an unexpected visitor awaits...

Everett and Val captured one of their assailants, but only after Val murdered the other two and called Everett “Dad,” Evangeline was drained of blood to the point of torpor, and Doris was treated at Desanti General Hospital, then climbed on top of a taxi, having apparently expected a horse and carriage. With the shooters having blown up the squad car, damaged Cherry and peeled away in different directions, the coterie commandeered two vehicles and split up to cover more ground. Doris stayed behind to watch the crime scene and had a meaningful conversation about nothing with occult shop owner Margery Pritchard, Everett and Val cornered one of the vans in an alley and began their attack, and Evangeline found the second van as it came out of nowhere and crashed into her.

With the coterie fractured by the discovery of Everett’s secret, they still need to save the Bear Boys. Everett (Tyler Hewitt, @Tyler_Hewitt) refused to reveal his secret though it will affect his standing with the others, and Iris (Megan Miles, @meggiemiles) and Ridley (Ryan LaPlante, @theryanlaplante) went on a hunt to bring Harvey his first victim, though apparently he just ate a cat! Everett (Tyler Hewitt, @Tyler_Hewitt) discovered that Emily turned into a Werewolf and killed Dr. Skull, Ridley (Ryan LaPlante, @theryanlaplante) heard back from Chonky that the Bear Boys are being held hostage by the pop star the Satin Prince, and Iris (Megan Miles, @meggiemiles) has become a fugitive for her part in killing Gordon Stevenson! Ridley (Ryan LaPlante, @theryanlaplante) faked his own death before revealing his survival, Everett (Tyler Hewitt, @Tyler_Hewitt) shot a new vampire frenemy known as “The Spider”, and Iris (Megan Miles, @meggiemiles) managed to get a cell phone to get the coterie home before she discovered that Emily had killed Dr. Skull and fled the hospital!
