Tonight’s guest, Melanie, lives across the road from Croatan National Forest in North Carolina. One night, while walking her dog, she saw a mother mountain lion cross the road in front of her. That piqued her interest because she didn’t know mountain lions were in the area. The next day, she went out to look for tracks. Instead of finding mountain lion prints, however, she found tracks she believed had been left by something she never would have expected to find nearby—a Sasquatch.
Not long afterward, Melanie was walking her dog in Croatan National Forest when she found another set of Sasquatch prints. This time, they appeared to have been left by a juvenile. Melanie had believed in the existence of Sasquatch since 1972, when she first watched The Legend of Boggy Creek, but she never imagined they might be living near her property. Now, she was convinced they were, and the reality of that was about to hit her hard—especially one night when, while watching TV in her bedroom, she heard what she believed was a Sasquatch coming up the stairs inside her house!

Tonight’s guest, James Lady, grew up in the glacial moraines of southern Ohio before moving to Michigan in midlife. In mid-September of 2016, James headed into the woods of southern Ohio with one goal: to finally see a Sasquatch. On the seventh day, he got his wish.

Tonight’s second guests, Angel and Jeremy Allen, live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Over the years, the two of them have had numerous Sasquatch encounters. Neither of them was convinced that Sasquatch were out there until they had their first encounter.Angel and Jeremy had their first sighting in 1999, at Chickasaw National Recreation Area, in Sulphur, Oklahoma. At the time, they were with a group of 10 friends. They had all decided to go night swimming at Little Niagara Falls, and their group was the only one there.After spending some time swimming, a storm started to blow in, so they packed up and headed to the main parking lot, near the restrooms. After making it to the parking lot, they suddenly noticed a figure standing near the restrooms, under one of the lights. They yelled at the figure, and when they did, it ran off. As they watched it run away into the deep woods. Never Scream and Point at a Sasquatch! - Bigfoot Eyewitness Episode 551

Tonight’s guest, Greg Helton, has been investigating the Sasquatch phenomenon for about 30 years. His first sighting happened in Manitou Springs, Colorado. He was on a cliff face, on the eastern side of Williams Canyon, tossing slate rocks over the edge so he could watch them smash on the ground below. After tossing the third rock, he suddenly noticed a black, furry, humanoid-shaped figure moving to his left. When he focused on the figure, he realized that it was looking back at him. A moment later, he realized it wasn’t alone…
Greg went on to have many more experiences with Sasquatch after that day. Probably the most memorable of those experiences was the time he accidentally peed on one.

Tonight’s guest, Scott Brusch, is a cohost of the Cryptid Wrangler Podcast and the creator of a Facebook group called “Urban Bigfoot.” On the Cryptid Wrangler Podcast, Scott and his fellow cohosts discuss a wide variety of cryptid-related topics. His Urban Bigfoot Facebook group provides a place for Sasquatch eyewitnesses to discuss their experiences, talk about Sasquatch-related topics, and share evidence.
Scott has been fascinated by Sasquatch since he was 6 years old. While he’s had several interesting experiences over the years, including experiences involving a 9-footer in Athens, Ohio, with his fiancée in 2023, his most memorable experience happened one night last summer, while he was filming a Facebook Live session in the field.
That was the night Scott and the viewers watching his livestream witnessed something he calls a “DogSquatch” walk by, just 40 feet from him.
