That discovery led us into a conversation about the thoughts that tear us down, spiritual warfare, grief, and what remains of the people we love after they're gone.

We’re back! After some time away, Nick and Janelle are finally back behind the microphones for a new episode of Beyond the Vow.

A lot has happened over the past six months, and in this episode we're catching you up on life, Janelle's job change, what's been happening at church, our journey through foster care training, and more.

The ring has been a point of contention. We examine a book by Dr. Dale Yocum, "On Pleasing the Heavenly Bridegroom," and its influence on some of the thinking behind the stand taken on rings within the CHM. Our goal with this episode is not to force a view on anyone but to provide and highlight information that we have found, as well as some of the teachings from the early church fathers and other historical writings on the subject.
