14: Fertility Expert: How to Increase Your Chances of Getting Pregnant Naturally | Flora Crichton
Season 1 · Episode 14
Wednesday, October 21, 2026 • Duration 01:12:48
Matt & Corisande sit down with Flora Crichton, a nutritional therapist specialising in fertility, to unpack why so many unexplained infertility and recurrent miscarriage cases trace back to something almost no one is taught to check: the microbiome. Flora shares her own years-long battle with endometriosis — including the painful periods, hospital visits, and being told to “just take the pill” — and how she went on to resolve her symptoms naturally, which is what led her to train as a nutritional therapist and specialise in fertility in the first place.
They get into the surprising link between oral hygiene and miscarriage, why a couple’s shared microbiome matters as much as either partner’s individually, the real answer to “should I freeze my eggs,” and — for the first time ever on the podcast — Matt & Corisande finally share the six-year-old belief, planted by a stranger at a wedding, that they’re convinced nearly stopped them from conceiving.
Matt & Corisande, with Flora, discuss:
Flora’s own experience with endometriosis — the symptoms she ignored for years, why it’s so often missed on a scan, and how she brought it into remission naturally rather than going on the pill
What endometriosis actually is, and why it can make the uterus a harder place for a baby to implant, even in women who don’t know they have it
Why the mouth’s microbiome is directly linked to miscarriage, and the simple dental habit most couples trying to conceive are skipping
The real conversation around freezing your eggs: when it makes sense, when it doesn’t, and the women she’s worked with who conceived naturally in their 40s, 50s, and even 60
What Flora’s learned from testing hundreds of couples about the gut, uterine, and seminal microbiomes, and why she tests partners together, not separately
Matt & Corisande’s own six-year journey with a prophecy from a stranger that nearly became a self-fulfilling block to their fertility

About Matt & Corisande Cooke Matt is a manifestation coach, researcher, speaker and the author of Beyond Wanting: The Art of True Manifestation. For years, he has explored the intersection of manifestation, consciousness and the quantum world, helping people understand how to work with their thoughts, emotions and intentions to create their future.
Corisande is a creative director with a deeply intuitive approach to life and business. Through meditation, she often experiences remarkably vivid glimpses of what’s ahead, seeing ideas, spaces and possibilities in extraordinary detail, sometimes long before they become reality.
Together, they bring two different perspectives to Beyond: Matt’s endless curiosity for understanding how the unseen might work, and Corisande’s instinctive ability to feel and see it before it arrives.
13: Burnout Expert: How to Stop Overworking Without Giving Up Success | Tamu Thomas
Season 1 · Episode 13
Wednesday, October 14, 2026 • Duration 01:13:30
Matt and Corisande sit down with social worker turned somatic coach Tamu Thomas, who nearly collapsed on her way to work before everything changed.
From the panic attacks she didn't even recognise as panic attacks, to the moment she stood in a slave dungeon in Ghana and felt her ancestors tell her to get up, they unpack how Tamu rebuilt her entire life around flourishing instead of grinding.
This is her honest account of burnout, ancestral healing and a six-figure book deal she never saw coming, and the simple practice that's replaced work-life balance for good.
Matt & Corisande, with Tamu Thomas, discuss:
The early warning signs of burnout Tamu ignored for years, from a three-month headache to losing her sense of joy, until her body finally shut her down
Why she believes "achieving is healing", and how taking the action your patterns say you can't teaches your nervous system you're safe
The visceral experience she had in a slave dungeon in Ghana, and the message from her ancestors that changed the course of her life
Her "ancestral board meeting": calling in her grandparents, Grace Jones and Beyoncé for guidance whenever she's struggling
Why there's no such thing as work-life balance, only harmony, and the simple script she uses to communicate that with her daughter and her team
The six-figure Hay House book deal for Women Who Work Too Much, and the "impossible" offer that landed days after her trip to Ghana

11: TV Broadcaster Reveals What the World’s Top Performers All Have in Common | Gavin Ramjaun
Season 1 · Episode 11
Wednesday, September 30, 2026 • Duration 01:22:36
This week’s guest is Gavin Ramjaun, the broadcaster and journalist with 22 years on British TV behind him: from CBBC's Newsround and Sportsround through to BBC Sport, Sky News and ITV's This Morning.
Gavin talks candidly about choosing journalism against his family's wishes for him to go into medicine, and how he broke into a notoriously closed industry by writing around 100 letters a week before landing his first jobs as a runner for Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway and Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. They get into the visualisation coaching from broadcast coach Ray Alexander that taught Gavin to mentally rehearse every show before the cameras rolled, and why he now sees that same "clarity of vision" running through every high achiever he's interviewed, from Samuel L. Jackson to Novak Djokovic, as a form of unconscious manifestation.
Gavin also opens up about losing his dad and welcoming his first child within days of each other, what that taught him about purpose, and the ongoing challenge of staying present as a new parent in a world designed to pull your attention away.
Matt & Corisande, with Gavin Ramjaun, discuss:
Writing around 100 letters a week to break into television, and the "you won't hit the target unless you take a shot" mindset that got him his first jobs as a runner for Ant & Dec and Gordon Ramsay
The visualisation coaching from Ray Alexander that taught Gavin to mentally rehearse every broadcast before the cameras rolled, and why he calls it "unconscious manifestation"
Interviewing A-list names like Samuel L. Jackson, Mariah Carey and Justin Bieber, and what 22 years of live TV has taught him about staying authentic on camera
Going against his family's hopes that he'd go into medicine, and the self-belief it took to choose journalism instead
Losing his dad and welcoming his first child within days of each other, and what that taught him about purpose
Building Manzilla, his men's mental health platform, and the ongoing challenge of staying present as a new parent in an always-on world

10: Colour Expert: What Your Clothes Are Subconsciously Attracting | Kate Harrison
Season 1 · Episode 10
Wednesday, September 23, 2026 • Duration 01:25:49
This week, Matt & Corisande sit down with Kate Harrison, the UK's leading colour therapist and founder of ChroME, whose relationship with colour started long before she spent 20 years as a stylist working with names like Armani, Selfridges and Marks & Spencer, and fronting her own TV show.
After training in traditional colour analysis, Kate went looking for something deeper, and found an advanced diploma in chroma therapy that changed the direction of her career entirely, leading her to pioneer the concept of the "Soul Shade": the one colour that reflects a person's energy, and the tool she now uses with everyone from private clients to corporate teams. They get into the "grey period" Kate went through when she and her husband lost their business and she stopped opening the curtains, the bright yellow jacket she wore to walk back into a room and relaunch it, and how a yellow vision board helped manifest a booking with the Happy Place festival.
Kate also shares why she and her husband, a green and a red, balance each other out, the colour work she's done for Chris Evans' CarFest sponsors, and what it really means to trust your instincts enough to "colour outside the lines."
Matt & Corisande, with Kate Harrison, discuss:
Growing up with an art teacher for a dad, and the 20 years Kate spent as a stylist working with the likes of Armani, Selfridges and Marks & Spencer
Fronting her own TV show before training in an advanced diploma in chroma therapy that changed the direction of her whole career
What a "Soul Shade" actually is, and how it differs from simply knowing which colours suit your skin tone
The "grey period" Kate went through when she and her husband lost their business, and the bright yellow jacket she wore to relaunch it
Why Kate (a green) and her husband (a red) balance each other out, and how "magnetic pairing" works with complementary colours
Manifesting a booking with the Happy Place festival through a yellow vision board, and the colour coaching Kate's done for corporates including Chris Evans' CarFest sponsors

9: Alex Mytton: Fame, Addiction & His Spiritual Awakening
Season 1 · Episode 9
Wednesday, September 16, 2026 • Duration 01:20:41
Matt & Corisande sit down with Alex Mytton, best known for a decade on Made in Chelsea, to unpack the story behind the version of him most people have never seen. They talk about the chaos and drinking that came with a decade of reality TV, losing his mum to brain cancer in 2019, and the night he smoked DMT and was shown, in his words, "another place" entirely — an experience so far outside anything he understood that it took him years to talk about it publicly.
They get into the telepathic message that came through during a blindfolded meditation a few weeks later, the ten days of silence he spent at a Vipassana retreat in India with no phone, no talking and, notoriously, no toilet paper, and how an anxious Instagram story asking people to join him on a walk turned into a hiking club, a series of retreats, and Frolik, his sober "conscious party" nights.
Matt & Corisande, with Alex Mytton, discuss:
What a decade on Made in Chelsea taught him about fame, chaos and "the currency of drama"
Losing his mum to brain cancer in 2019, and the grief he didn't let himself process until years later
The DMT experience and the later "telepathic" meditation that asked him one repeated question: what can I do?
Ten days of silence, no phone and no talking at a Vipassana retreat in India, and the moment he "got his fists back" against his own thoughts
How one nervous Instagram story turned into a hiking club, then a series of retreats, then Frolik, his sober conscious party nights
Why authenticity, not love, came out fastest in a Faraday cage experiment on human emotion, and what that says about being honest in public

8: How To Silence Your Busy Mind In Minutes (We Tested The Tools)
Season 1 · Episode 8
Wednesday, September 9, 2026 • Duration 55:14
In this episode, Matt and Corisande run through every tool they personally use to manifest, meditate and reset when life throws them off track. From a five year memory journal that has followed Matt through three years of milestones, to a headband that reads your brainwaves in real time, to an eye mask that sends Corisande into a kaleidoscope of colour and an altered state, live on camera.
They also open up the Beyond community mailbox to answer questions on staying in your being state when the people around you are skeptical, learning to trust the unfolding instead of the timeline, keeping your quantum field vibrating positively when life gets messy, and handling the identity whiplash that hits once a major manifestation actually lands.
Matt & Corisande discuss:
Why a one line a day, five year memory book might be the only form of diary either of them keeps, and how it changes the way you see your own progress
How to stay in your being state when someone close to you is skeptical of your manifestation practice
Why letting go of a desire is less about belief and more about making peace with time
Inside Matt's nightly journaling ritual, and the four pages he handwrites by hand every single day
The Muse headband that turns meditation into real-time, gamified feedback on your brainwaves
The Illuminate Nova eye mask that put Corisande into an altered state within minutes, live on the podcast

Season 1 · Episode 7
Wednesday, September 2, 2026 • Duration 01:21:34
In this episode, Matt & Corisande sit down with Kelly Gilbert, the former British Vogue beauty and health editor turned founder of The What Supp Co, to unpack a story that goes from finding out she was pregnant while sitting her A-levels at 18, to talking her way onto a fashion course with her baby in a pushchair, to becoming one of the most trusted beauty editors in the country, entirely on her own terms.
They get into the night Kelly watched someone else pitch her own business idea to the Dragons on Dragon's Den, the “override” state that took over in the weeks that followed and pushed her to finally build The What Supp Co, and how a cold email and a lot of tenacity got her products onto shelves in Boots less than two years after launch.
Matt & Corisande, with Kelly Gilbert, discuss:

6: An Unplanned Akashic Reading Blew My Mind at Our First Retreat | Matt & Corisande Cooke
Season 1 · Episode 6
Wednesday, August 26, 2026 • Duration 01:04:41
Fresh back from hosting the first-ever Beyond Retreat in New York’s Hudson Valley, Matt and Corisande unpack what happened when 32 strangers came together for three days of manifestation, meditation and something neither of them quite expected.
They share how the retreat went from an idea sparked by a skimmed Forbes article and a casual Instagram DM to an experience they spent more than a year building, and how, within just 48 hours, a group of people who had arrived knowing almost no one began to feel completely in sync.
But what happened in the middle of the retreat left Matt stunned.
On August 8th, immediately after teaching a new manifestation formula he describes as a “map” for navigating the probability of your future, Matt spontaneously booked an Akashic Records reading. During the session, he was told about a past life in 16th-century Portugal in which he had been… a mapmaker, using the stars to help people navigate across oceans towards unknown lands.
The coincidence stopped him in his tracks.
In this episode, Matt and Corisande explore that extraordinary experience, the strange science of synchronisation and why 17th-century pendulum clocks may offer a fascinating metaphor for what happens when people share the same space, intention and rhythm.
They also take you inside the emotional final night of the retreat, an impromptu fire ceremony to release what no longer belonged in their future, and the bigger lesson they both came home with: sometimes the life waiting for you only becomes visible when you're willing to move beyond the edge of what already feels safe.
Matt & Corisande discuss:
How a skimmed Forbes article and a casual Instagram DM turned into their first ever retreat, and the year they spent hesitating before committing to it
The completely unexpected Akashic Records reading Matt had on the 8th of August, the Lionsgate portal, and what it revealed about a past life spent making maps in 16th-century Portugal
The nine square meditation and fire release ceremony that closed out the retreat's final night
5: You're Manifesting What You Tolerate! Break the Pattern with Rapid Tapping | Poppy Delbridge
Season 1 · Episode 5
Wednesday, August 19, 2026 • Duration 01:30:28
In this episode, Matt & Corisande sit down with Poppy Delbridge, author of Unlock Your Power and Tapping In, and creator of Rapid Tapping. They talk about what happens when someone who seemingly has it all, a fast-tracked TV career, marriage, a young family, gets knocked completely off her own baseline. Poppy opens up about the autoimmune breakdown that left her desperately unwell - unable to open her eyes some days, and the "imps" she now teaches thousands of people to recognise as the loud, subtle voices running the show without them ever realising it.
They get into the difference between EFT and Rapid Tapping, the neuroscience of why only 3 to 5% of who we are is conscious, and the moment Poppy declared something "done" on a whim and ended up filming the world's first tapping session in the air for Virgin Atlantic.
Matt & Corisande, with Poppy Delbridge, discuss:
The "imps" Poppy says are running the show for most of us, and why they're often too subtle to notice
What actually happened to Poppy's body during her autoimmune breakdown, and how she found her way back
Why Poppy believes we manifest who we're being, not what we want
The difference between EFT and Rapid Tapping, and why Poppy built her own method
How saying something is "done" led Poppy to filming the first ever tapping session in the air for Virgin Atlantic
Why Poppy believes you're not broken, even when the imps are convinced you are
