As much as we love the Holidays, and damn we love them - we know it can be a very difficult time for people. And one of the reasons we know it can be challenging is for those who struggle with sobriety or struggle to know how to support your people who are sober.

So we wanted to take some time and talk about that. In this episode you will hear Zachary interviewing a friend of the podcast and both of them discuss their experience with substance abuse, their journey into sobriety, and where they are now.
