VORSO emerged with inimitably dynamic force in 2017, with his fresh approach to production and distinct, intricately heavy sound making immediate ripples and garnering widespread attention from open-minded listeners.

Initial releases on the exploratory US bass imprint UPSCALE left a searing impression, with his dynamic touch and exceptional funk attitude coming through in a series of collaborations with artists such as CLOCKVICE, CHEE & FREQUENT.

With influences spanning a list of artists that includes Noisia, Ivy Lab, Emperor, Alix Perez, Joe Ford and KOAN Sound, and with many of these artists supporting his output on tour, Vorso's spirit is firmly rooted in a diverse range of bass music, with ultra-refined production values.

Episode 050- Interview with Ekcle12 Sep 201701:11:35

When it comes to beautiful, unique electronic music, Ekcle has to be right up there with the best. That's saying something.

Their first release since their incredible debut EP Deshoda, is right up to the standard that it set. Starting off with a church atmosphere, the song takes you on an emotional journey with rises and falls; joy and mood.

It's rare that a song can consume you for six minutes, but those six minutes of magic and bliss will be the best six minutes of your day. Make sure to take your time to appreciate the different elements of the song, especially the sampling and percussion.

"Give Credence", is light years ahead of mainstream electronic music, as are Ekcle as artists.

Hailing from the dirty south mecca of New Orleans, Bryan Normand, known by his 808 bass-slanging alter-ego Kid Kamillion, began his career in high school as he put down his skateboard and turned to spinnin' records. By college he was curating an underground music movement throughout the south and began taking over the New Orleans nightlife scene.

Kid Kamillion took his knowledge of true southern hip-hop, and over 10 years of "rave culture" tweaked with his personal innovation and creativity, and pioneered a sound that quickly gained the attention and recognition of dance music ambassador A-Trak for the Kid Kamillion edit of "Heads Will Roll".

Kid Kamillion rapidly built a stout reputation amongst heavy hitters throughout the producer, DJ, and festival scenes. The year 2013 was beyond groundbreaking for Kid Kamillion as it kicked off with him playing the Jay-Z Super Bowl party. Shortly thereafter he was playing shows all over the country, and even ventured out to playing shows in Europe.

As a producer, Kid Kamillion has numerous collaborations with global hit maker Diplo and Berlin based techno giant Boys Noize, in addition to producing tracks for club legends Spank Rock and Kid Sister.
