This week the candidates were sent off to Hungary, and boy are we in need of some wine after that debacle! Back to the Boardroom episode 7 is filled with anger at the outcome, and some punches thrown at our so-called ‘wine experts’, and at the consumers who didn’t request a refund! 💶🍷🍇

There’s bad branding and a technology-themed twist - an augmented reality feature hopefully made to entertain the youngsters 🥣🥛

It’s episode 5 of The Apprentice and Back To The Boardroom this week. James is absolutely in his element with a Formula E themed task. The candidates have to design their own team logo, car wrap, promotional video and pitch sponsorship placements to big name clients worth millions of pounds 🏁🏎

As always Greer and James are horrified at the candidate’s logo design - HOW can it be that bad? James gives us an update on whether Virdi and Phil are the longest losing candidates in Apprentice history and Greer shares some details on The Apprentice audition process.

The pair also have a good laugh at Virdi’s video direction in this week’s episode, ask whether Paul has copied his colour scheme from F1 team Force India and try to understand why Raj was doing a voiceover with her coat on her head 🙈🇮🇳

We’re back for episode 4 of Back to the Boardroom, recapping the infamous buying task! The candidates this week were running around Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands, finding a whole host of products - many of which they couldn’t pronounce… including “shucked” oysters, a “bachin” and Jersey Wonders 🍪💷

James wants to know whether the running is absolutely necessary and Greer has put her foot in it with predictions. We’re also discussing marking down artisan products for 75%, laughing at some of the candidate’s negotiation techniques, (“You’re the best surfboard merchant around!”) and reviewing the shock double firing! 👉🔥

This week saw the candidates mixed up for the first time this season, forming the first iteration of teams ‘Nexus’ and ‘Supereme’. With dancing bears and (maybe) drunken mayors, the two teams set off to create their virtual escape rooms. Greer and James are back with some lighthearted analysis of the challenge, as they assess the teams’ performance in the virtual world 🎮🐻.

Greer sheds some light on why the candidates are always wearing a scarf after being fired, while James eagerly examines everyone’s computer usage and comes up with a font conspiracy theory 🧣👀
