A stranded Hollywood film director finds himself somewhere in a pandemic stricken England, the crapocalypse is in full swing, and after a mysterious disappearance from his Air B&B during lockdown, the motormouthed, maverick movie mogul ‘TQ’ has returned from the wilderness, and is set upon raising a vigilante ‘Boogaloo Boys Brigade’ for some nefarious purpose yet to be revealed... an original spoof series written and performed by Jules Landau. TQ finds himself the victim of a road traffic accident, and encounters a jaywalking Australian, who may prove a useful accomplice in the Maverick Movie Mogul’s machinations...

TQ is hospitalised, and experiences a childhood flashback whilst being treated in a state hospital somewhere in Blighty... his new acquaintance ‘Jaywalking’ Mike Hogan helps our ‘hero’ be discharged and treats him to breakfast at a branch of a quintessentially English institution - The Lord Nigel.

TQ finds that he is no longer able to gain entrance to his Air B&B, and is unable to account for the period of time that has elapsed since he was last there... can his new accomplice help our hero with a place to stay?

TQ is welcomed to the salubrious Effingham Apartments by the opportunistic Hogan, and reveals the philosophy and ultimate mission of his Boogaloo Boys Brigade, shedding light on the importance of his ‘system’. A new acquaintance is made from the upstairs flat, whose unconventional attire comes as something of a surprise, but could this eccentric eavesdropper prove an invaluable asset to the BBB?

TQ continues his convalescence at his new HQ, and enjoys a taste of uniquely British television with his new buddies Bob and Mike, as they settle down to enjoy an exciting and extremely dangerous gameshow, upon which some old friends are competing...

Newly promoted Captain Bethel, and Lance-Corporal Hogan, head out on an urgent mission to recover the General’s Samsonite Suitcases from his former abode, under the cover of night, as they undertake the daring Operation Fawcett... General TQ meanwhile is continuing his convalescence and planning the next phase of his crusade..:

A flashback dream sequence sheds some light on just exactly what might have happened during General TQ’s recent time in the wilderness... could an illegal block party, a phone mast, illicit substances and the altogether cosmic ‘Space-Yacht’ of the mysterious tech-tycoon Eton Muskrat be behind our hero’s increasingly unhinged behaviour?

Operation Fawcett draws to a successful conclusion... and General TQ reveals what it was about the contents of his luggage that are so important to the burgeoning BOOGALOO BOYS BRIGADE, whose ranks are further swelled by the signing up of two new recruits...

Captain Bethel is appointed head of the ‘ Logistics Battalion’ in preparation for a future ‘Siege of Kent’, and the BBB head out in a courtesy car to meet a sinister new acquaintance, but are hindered en route by the unwelcome interference of a traffic cop...

TQ and his band of desperadoes arrive at last upon a desolate moorland to partake in a ‘seasonal gratuitous bloodbath’, and meet the sinister Jacob Reed-Smog and his formidable brood of children... who are given instruction as to the ‘birds and the bees’ by their somewhat anachronistic father... a thunderstorm looms as the grouse shooting begins... will it end well for the BBB or are they in too deep to escape this unholy quagmire?

After escaping the terrifying scenes on the Reed-Smog estate, our BOOGALOO BOYS BRIGADE return home to a pleasant surprise, which pleases our hero TQ, who indulges in a much needed bath to relieve his whiplash, whilst the rest of the brigade undertake numerous chores about HQ. We at last meet the mysterious basement dwelling ‘social entrepreneur’ Squab, who is entertaining a guest from foreign shores with a colourful past and uncanny resemblance to a very famous musician...

The first season concludes with an altogether terrifying feature length Hallowe’en special, TQ is awoken to discover a rather unpleasant surprise, and events move swiftly downhill from a rather disappointing start to the day... A little positive news is found however in the form of several new unwitting recruits to the Boogaloo Boys Brigade, thanks to an inventive Captain Bethel... General TQ finally gets to see Sergeant Hogan’s somewhat macabre ‘collection’, but what on Earth is wrong with the long suffering Private Baffin, and will the planned Movie Night be a success with so much panic buying of popcorn? The season builds to a diabolical crescendo, as our Hawaiian shirted have a go heroes come face to face with all manner of hair-raising horrors as a storm rages, and a full moon rises on this unprecedented Day Of The Dead...
