The Infinity Breath traces a flowing figure of eight through the body, weaving together heaven and Earth, spirit and body, soul and life.
As you inhale, visualise a golden thread travelling through:
Root → Abdomen → Navel → Solar Heart → Back of the head → Crown → Third eye
As you exhale, follow the thread through:
Throat → Solar Heart → Sacrum → Root
Allow the breath to move at a natural, comfortable pace.
Take one Infinity Breath before each inquiry and allow the question to settle into your body.
