Born in 1890, Agatha Christie is one of the best-selling novelists known for her detective writing and murder mysteries. Her work lives on through countless film adaptations of her novels and through plays such as The Mousetrap which has been part of London's theatre world for over 70 years.

Mystery surrounds aspects of Agatha Christie's life and there's even a mystery surrounding two different birth charts. In this episode, Christina & Sally take a magnifying class to the astrology, breaking it down to get to the bottom of her birth time mystery.

Most people have heard of ‘Mercury Retrograde,’ and associate it to when things are going very wrong! Well actually, retrograde planets are often mistakenly believed to be weaker or functioning improperly; when in fact, they may be more potent or intense, acting on a more internal level. So what should we do in that case?

And what about the other planets? What impact do those have and what does it mean in terms of how we should react and behave?

A product of its author's profound imagination, the novel not only offers a cornerstone of English literature but also proves itself as an enduring astrological marvel. Mary Shelley, a woman deeply interconnected with the intellectual and philosophical movements of her time, was born under a very distinctive astrological sky. Notably, her birth chart features Pluto at 29 degrees Aquarius on the midheaven, a placement that has resurfaced in contemporary times, echoing the resonant themes of her work in current times.

Understanding the influence of Pluto, known in astrology for its association with transformation, death, rebirth, and the deeper shadowy facets of existence, is pivotal to grasping the relevance of Mary Shelley's life and her iconic creation. Her story was penned during a period when Pluto last journeyed through Aquarius. Much like Shelley's era, we find ourselves now on the cusp of another Plutonian era in Aquarius, igniting discussions on the recurrent themes of innovation and the potential hazards they present to mankind.

In this December episode of 'Astrology Talk Investigates,' hosts Sally Kirkman and Christina Rodenbeck discuss the topic of cosmic marriages. By definition it's when one person's Moon sign is in tight alignment with the other's Sun sign, in the case of Richard Burton & Elizabeth Taylor, his Sun was in Scorpio with her Moon in Scorpio, but specifically looking at what that can mean for the relationship, how they can be in reality and also we look into why this one was so unique.

Richard Burton & Elizabeth Taylor first crossed paths in 1953 at a party in Hollywood and then met on the set of Cleopatra. They went on to have a whirlwind relationship marrying not once, but twice with both marriages ending in divorce.

We also illustrate how cosmic alignments are not limited to romantic relationships, referencing the powerful professional chemistry between Titanic stars and long-time friends, Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio.
