Welcome to the Ascension Medicine Podcast with me, your host, Gee Francois.
At the time of recording this we are traversing the energies of Pluto Retrograde as well as a Scorpio Full moon; factors that are hugely contributing towards the energies of death and re-birth.
Specifically childhood memories, traumas and grief are surfacing, to be moved through and alchemised at the heart centre. This can feel physically intense around the heart space because of the density of dense energies and the fact that they are not only coming from our childhood in this incarnation, but from our past lives, through ancestral lineages and from the collective traumas. Everything is moving through and the conditions are ripe to really allow this process to fully complete. There is huge growth potential here.
Dense energies from the lower Chakras are rising to be transmuted at the heart centre and this may bring up the memories of the point of creation for these energies or Samskaras, we need not get bogged down with the mental stories and attachments...this process can be contained to the emotional body without negatively impacting the mental body.
We can stay present with the sensations of the process by holding it in our loving "I AM" presence and bringing it into our conscious awareness.
If we can surrender to this process in authentic presence and make the most of the cosmic assistance in this moment, there will be huge benefits and we can literally shift timelines.
Stay with it dear ones; this is a strong process but you are divine and powerful, and you are shifting into your highest and most optimal expression of being.
