And Scott's grown the right way, slow and steady, he takes what's working and improves it, he evaluates what's not working and eliminates it. He's also not expanding for the sake of profits, he expands when the time is right while maintaining a 10 student to 1 instructor ratio. He's grown his school by leaps and bounds and in this episode we discuss how he did it.
