They talk about their new album that will be coming out in 2026 & Paul performs a great cover of Johnny Cash "Folsom Prison Blues" as he makes his guitar sound like a machine gun.

Madison Lunsford comes in the studio and performs some fantastic originals that is very reminiscent of Stevie Nicks, she also performs a new tune dedicated to the people of Appalachia. Madison will be back in the studio in Jan 2027 with her full band King Yugi & The Royal Hearts

We went and recorded Momma Molasses at Sweetbay Brewing Company in Abingdon and Momma performs some old traditional country with some of her amazing original songs. She also sings with her boyfriend Ole Justin Chambers. Be sure to tune in & listen to some of her new unreleased material that left everyone wanting more!

Devin Harris Band comes in the studio & performs some original tunes, blues, Rock & Roll, Jimi Hendrix, & more! Devin performs a new song from his upcoming new album. Devin is originally from Northern Georgia. Devin Harris Band is Devin Harris Vocals/Guitar & David Nunez on percussion.

Seth McKay & The Moonshine Rival's visit us in studio to perform some originals and some covers of Keith Urban, Kentucky Headhunters & more! Seth talks about his new upcoming album and his plans for 2024!

Cameron comes in the studio performs some Doc Boggs, Frank Stokes (Piedmont Blues), Hank Williams Sr. and also performs his original tunes.

•  Cam is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist raised in the mountains of East Tennessee. There he studied Appalachian Folk music and country blues, which he melds into his own unique writing style. He's spent years living and learning regional styles in Arkansas, Washington State, the United Kingdom, Georgia, and studied Music Theory and Composition at New York University.
• His songwriting pays homage to many different genres and combines them into new styles. Reggae, Funk, Folk, Punk, Psychedelic Rock, Blues, Soul, Ragtime, Jazz, and even Country yodeling are just a few of the sounds you may hear at one of his performances. Piano, guitar, and vocals are commonplace at his shows, but often accented with
• 5-string banjo, tenor banjo, ukulele, mandolin, pedal organ, harmonica, and fiddle.
• Cam has performed up and down the East coast for years but travels extensively and has played in Europe and on the West coast.  

Toby Gibson hails from Sneedville, Tennessee, where he learned picking and singing in his grandparent’s living room. Various local bluegrass musicians joined Toby’s grandfather and young Toby quickly learned to love music from its very roots of Bluegrass, county, soul and honky tonk. These influences are strong in his solo album, “Dirt Road.” Toby’s music, both his playing and writing is greatly defined by some of his musical heroes, Scott Miller, Bob Dylan, and Tyler Childers. If you listen closely you may hear a riff or a line that links his music with theirs.

The Toby Gibson Band is an energetic group of fun talented musicians bringing folk, bluesy, jam based sound. Austin Greene, of Sneedville, TN, captures the feelings in his electric guitar to bring you solo's that touch you way down deep in your gut. Alex Greene, of Sneedville, TN, keeps the rhythm rolling along on his drums. Ian Davidson, of Morristown, TN, brings a groovy vibe that is the backbone of their music. Together they blend together into a unique Appalachian/Melungeon sound. This band does not disappoint.

Marcc Nutter & Friends drops by our studios to perform some of his original songs "Won't You Come Back" "I'm Sorry" & more!! He also talks about performing for George Bush Sr. at the White House, and touring with music greats such as Travis Tritt, Randy Travis & many more.

Moose Trainwreck Roberts comes back in the studios of WEHC & WISE FM on this Halloween weekend and plays us some dark tunes & talks about his record label Köllapse Records and Tapes & why he will be bringing back the cassette tape!

The Great Big Hug from Marion, Va comes in the studios and perform all the songs from their upcoming new album.

  The Great Big Hug is a Roots Rock and Blues Fusion band from Southwest Virginia. Including Singer-songwriter Melissa Johner on lead vocals and guitar, Chase Johner on lead guitar and vocals, Bob Ballengee on Drums and Justin McFarland on Bass.  These guys have been together for years, in some way or another. They just never seemed to be together all on one project. But that has all changed now. They had a vision to approach this band as a group of friends making music they love. They've found a way to bring together each of their musical tastes to form a groove of epic proportions. Don't be surprised if you find these guys going on a musical trip mid show. It's a blast to watch them create together. You don't want to miss it!

Anthony Wayne Vibe stops by our studios and performs his original tunes, talks about his new EP that will be coming out and much more!

Anthony Wayne is a musician and songwriter from Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. A beautiful area, ripe with mountainous forests and skies for days, where many call Home. Where Anthony has created his brand of genreless Vibe.  Taking time to create this brand of Vibe he wanted, had been kicking around, writing and touring since 1995, from Virginia to Nashville to Texas and coast to coast and back. It is often said that a songwriter or song can be genre defining or to be easily compared to or paralleled with an artist or band currently on a certain chart. Anthony Wayne did not set out to be genreless but with so many influences and a vast creative pallet, he has given his music a challenging classification and ultimately, Freedom.  Influences ranging from Singer Songwriter, Metal, Punk, Percussion, Poetry, Theater and most places in between, allow him the diversity. Unable to prevent all artistic outlets to spoil his Vibe, Anthony Wayne is equal parts Indie, Americana, Jam, Rock, and Progressive. That is just the start of what might be. Teni Rane joins us in the studio and performs some new tunes from her upcoming album. Teni Rane is a folk-country singer-songwriter with a vintage vocal edge and a knack for capturing common scenes of everyday life in a way that is at once specific and widely relatable. Comfortable in everything from overalls to full-body sequins, Rane isn’t afraid to explore musical territory and synthesizes vocal and sonic influences into her own brand of country-infused, Americana-folk-pop with a jazzy vocal lean that feels simultaneously familiar and brand new.

RJ Bartrem of Greeneville, Tn comes in the studio to perform some b-sides covers of artists that you probably haven't before or it's been a long time since you heard them. RJ talks about his full band project and performs one of their original songs.

Ryan Ward from Bristol, Tn comes in the studios and performs some originals, talks about his influences, his love of music and what he has coming up in the future.

Ryan Ward is a talented, eclectic singer/songwriter, with an endless passion for music. He picked up his first acoustic guitar at the age of 8. Today, Ryan has incorporated many styles from artists that range from Lindsey Buckingham, Stephen Stills, to Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page. Ward started writing songs at the age of 17, but focused more on stylistically solving puzzles with the guitar. Currently, Ward is focused on relaying his message through the vibrations of strings and lyric content.

Jake Roscoe of the band God Hell Mama comes in the studio and talks about his EP & his upcoming album with God Hell Mama, and tells us why he moved from San Antonio Tx to Southwest Va and performs his original songs.

American Idol Season 9 winner Lee DeWyze and Dave Eggar one of the worlds finest cellist with percussionist Chuck Palmer come in our studio & perform some hits and new material. Ivan Dogwood a husband and wife duo from Gate City, Va comes in the studio. Your own sophisticated low brow blues lick-laden, fuzz-covered, Appalachian soul-powered, original rock & roll guitar/drums duo.

Musician Andrew Thelston is known for his unique blend of guitar-heavy rock, big grooves, soaring vocals, and passionate live performances. For the past 2 years, his power trio has been mesmerizing crowds throughout the south east with his brand of high energy, rock n roll. Drummer Jeff Lott and bassist Roddy Wilder create a rock solid foundation for Andrew Thelston to weave a tapestry of epic guitar and vocal work. In May 2019, Andrew Thelston has also had his music featured on the hit Netflix show Lucifer. During this episode I play Dave Eggar & Ashton Davison symphonic cover of Stone Temple Pilots "Interstate Love Song" which will be released in a few weeks to the rest of the world, hear it here first.

Dave Eggar was a musical prodigy as a child, beginning to play the cello and piano at age three and performing as a singer and actor on Broadway and at the Metropolitan Opera at age seven. He trained as a classical cellist at the Juilliard School, and later graduated from Harvard University and the Juilliard School's Doctoral Program.[1] He debuted in Carnegie Hall at 15 as the youngest winner in the history of the Artists International competition.[2] He has appeared throughout the world as a classical soloist, including concerto appearances at Avery Fisher Hall, Carnegie Hall, London's Barbican Center, the Paris Opera, and the Hollywood Bowl. In fact, that is Dave's cello leading the way at the top of Coldplay's "Viva La Vida". He is the winner of the prestigious Sony Elevated Standards Awards for Excellence in classical music. Eggar has appeared as featured soloist with the Thailand Philharmonic, The Sydney Symphony, the Melbourne Symphony, The Aspen Festival Orchestra, The Juilliard Orchestra, The Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra, the Queensland Symphony, Phiharmonia Virtuosi, the Westchester Symphony, Stamford Symphony, the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic.

Adam Bolt comes in the studio performs some of his original songs and talks about working at Abingdon Vineyards,, how he writes and gets his ideas for his songs.
