This episode is your sign to stop waiting.

Recorded live at High Vibe Women, this conversation with Monique Bryan was a true moment — packed room, big feelings, no filter. We laughed, we cried, and we went deep into what it really means to take up space, even when you're still healing or figuring it out.

Slowing Down Doesn’t Mean You’ve Given Up07 Apr 202500:08:49

Send us a text

What if the hardest thing you ever did... was stop pushing?

In today’s solo episode, I’m talking about a belief that gets wildly misunderstood: slowing down in business. Somewhere along the way, we started equating hard work with self-destruction. But what if there’s a third path? One where you’re still ambitious, still working hard — but you’re not abandoning yourself in the process?

We’ll dive into:

  • Why choosing ease isn’t the same as choosing smallness
  • The cultural pressure to glorify burnout and sacrifice
  • Questions to ask when things feel hard
  • The difference between meaningful discomfort and chaos
  • How slowing down can actually help you stay in the game longer

This one’s for the ambitious souls who crave peace, softness, and success — all at once.

If this episode hits…

Make sure to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who’s also navigating ambition and anxiety in their own way.

Is Balance *Actually* Bullshit ?01 Oct 202400:12:18

Send us a text

In this episode, I’m challenging the popular notion that “balance is bullshit,” especially for entrepreneurs. You’ve probably heard people say, “Go all-in now, balance will come later.” But if you’re waiting for balance to magically appear in some future season, you’re setting yourself up for burnout. I’ll explain why waiting for balance is a trap, why the ‘all-in’ mentality can do more harm than good, and how to create sustainable balance right now—even in the middle of the chaos. I’ll redefine what balance really means, show you how to align your energy with what matters most, and share practical steps to help you thrive in your business and life without tipping the scales too far.

What We’ll Cover:
• The Myth: Why the idea of going all-in now and finding balance later is a setup for burnout.
• Redefining Balance: What balance actually looks like in real life and why it’s not about splitting your time perfectly.
• Practical Steps: How you can start creating balance today, even in the middle of a busy season.

Key Takeaways:
• Balance is about alignment, not perfection—it’s about making sure your life isn’t tipping too far in one direction.
• Waiting for balance to come later often leads to burnout. You have to create it in real-time, even during the busiest phases.
• Building balance now helps you stay grounded, make better decisions, and sustain your energy for long-term success.

Success Without Stress is Possible27 Nov 202300:10:43

Send us a text

Today on this episode of Cool, Calm & Rich, we’ll be talking about the unnecessary stress that we put on ourselves behind the myth that we have to do these things, or even suffer, in order to get the outcomes that we are working towards in achieving our dreams.

It is one of my biggest beliefs for entrepreneurs that it is totally possible to have success without stress! It doesn’t mean that there won’t ever be roadblocks or struggles along the journey, but we can control how we manage the stress when it shows up. When you put yourself first and start to show yourself grace, kindness and acceptance, you will begin to show up as your best self in other areas of your life too- success is only inevitable at that point!

I challenge you to do one thing today to prioritize YOU!

So remember, stay cool, stay calm and stay rich!

Quality Over Quantity When Building Your Community20 Nov 202300:11:18

Send us a text

On this episode of Cool, Calm & Rich, we discuss creating quality connections over just quantity within your networking community. I was recently inspired after listening to an episode of Natalie Ellis’s The Bossbabe Podcast, all about how your network is NOT your net worth, as we so often hear said in the entrepreneurial world.

As a business owner who is mostly introverted, it was refreshing to hear the difference between your network and your community. Both are equally important, but I have personally found more value in creating deeper connections while building my community. I share my intentions and what I crave most when putting myself out there while attending networking events and masterminds, vs what other people might be looking for. At the end of the day, you have to navigate what feels the best for you, while also remaining true to yourself!

So grateful for all of you here and that we get to share in these episodes together!

As always, stay cool, stay calm and stay rich!

Focusing on Your Daily Journey to Success 30 Oct 202300:10:38

Send us a text

On this episode of Cool, Calm & Rich, we’ll be reflecting on something I’m learning after my amazing experience in The Blueprint Mastermind that I mentioned last week. Coming off the high of being surrounded by so many great, influential and successful women, it can be easy to be inspired with expectations that aren’t actually helpful to you, let’s talk about it!

There is nothing wrong with wanting to be like other people, but taking a step back to remind yourself that the narrative you may be creating about how they achieved that success could be untrue and not fit in your own personal journey and circumstances. Asking yourself valuable questions and taking lessons from them to see what works for you is so important. If you run a mainly low energy routine, having self awareness to determine when you might need to put yourself in those high vibe, high energy situations can be so helpful once you find that balance.

I can’t wait to keep connecting with you here and hope this episode meant something to you personally as well!

Until next time, stay cool, stay calm and stay rich!

Connecting Your Personal Brand to Your Business23 Oct 202300:14:07

Send us a text

Welcome back to Cool, Calm & Rich! After a short hiatus of time off focusing on family and business, in today’s episode we’ll be talking about my current takeaways from The Blueprint Mastermind retreat so far.

Putting yourself in powerful rooms with inspiring women who have experienced similar challenges in the past, has such an ability to create many light bulb moments. When it comes to your business brand vs your personal brand, it can be difficult to get a fresh perspective on how to connect the two in a way that feels authentic to you and your core values. We can tend to overcomplicate things and have to remember to bring it back to the value we are adding and the community we want to build. There are too many amazing pieces of insights to fit into just one episode!

If you have any questions about this mastermind or the impactful experiences I’ve had throughout this journey, reach out to me on Instagram DM’s here!

Letting Go of People Pleasing Guilt07 Aug 202300:11:45

Send us a text

In this episode of Cool, Calm & Rich, we get honest about the guilt women can feel when we choose to put ourselves first!

We’ve been conditioned to always put others' needs before our own and that it’s selfish when we don’t or we’re letting people down. Except in reality, giving ourselves the permission to prioritize our time, mental health and more, is when we can truly become our most powerful, loving and influential selves. We reflect on how this can contribute to burnout and how setting healthy boundaries not only benefits your wellbeing, but everyone else around you. Release the guilt, respect yourself and notice that shift over time!

Felt pulled to talk about this today, and would love to know if you’ve ever felt the same or if it’s something you're currently working through too! Don’t hesitate to send me a message!

See you next week and remember, stay cool, stay calm and stay rich.
