She's also the author of superhero romance Scorcher, which is the first in a planned trilogy and the chairwoman of the Multiverse Funraiser (formerly known as the Virtual Superfriend Celebration). The Multiverse Funraiser is a free virtual convention that celebrates fandom while also raising money for a good cause every year. Kelly is a cosplayer, writer, podcaster, and all around geek. She loves engaging with fandom on basically every level and thinks that everyone should feel welcome in the fandom sphere so she tries to communicate that with everything she does. She's been a fan of superheroes ever since she fell in love with She-Ra at age 5 and has been cosplaying for 13 years now and throughout her fandom life has had some pretty amazing experiences and met some really incredible people. The Washington DC native made his directing and playwriting debut with the premiere of the stage play " Looking For Love In All The Wrong Places." The inaugural work was well- received by the Atlanta community and inspired audiences during the 2 sold out performances. He is the author of two publications, Purpose Pains which won The PEACH Theatre Literary Award in 2020 and a children’s book, Differently Abled, which is an empowerment book about four children with disabilities who go on a journey of developing self-love, acceptance, and confidence. The empowering story recently landed him an interview on Atlanta’s 11Alive News and Atlanta Live on WATC TV 57 in Atlanta. Deonte' is currently developing a series of works built around his life experiences that will inspire many generations.
