There are three beliefs that are at the foundation of work-life balance. I am enough. I am doing enough. I am good enough. These three beliefs make up the Enough Triad. When you believe you have done enough, you stop working late. When you feel like you are good enough, you stop needing to please everyone. And when you believe you are enough, you stop trying to prove yourself. At the core of all imbalanced behaviors is one of these three beliefs and in this episode, I'm going to talk about the inverse of each of them and how they create the foundation of an imbalanced life.
