We return with another episode of the career spanning Steven Seagal deep dive examining his entire career going through it chronologically and in reverse chronological order, one double feature at the time. This time it is the start of the decline for the Sensei with the Se7en inspired buddy cop movie The Glimmer Man (1996) and we dive further into the depths of the goatee era supporting roles of Seagal in The Asian Connection (2016). Will this be the last time we actually enjoy any of the films?

A very drunk Jeff Bridges in 8 Million Ways to Die (1986) grows up to become a gruff and sober Liam Neeson in A Walk Among the Tombstone (2014). But does it feel like they are the same guy? We have ourselves a double feature of the only two film adaptations about Clive Cussler's literary hero Dirk Pitt. Often unfairly labeled as an Indiana Jones rip-off, especially for Sahara (2005), Pitt predates Jones both on the page and on the silver screen. The movies are: Raise the Titanic (1980) and the aforementioned Sahara (2005).

We put Brandon in charge of programming this, but instead of picking a 50s western star he went with two films inexplicably connected by the soft rock songs of Benny Mardones. Our strangest double feature to date: Street Soldiers (1991) and Shotgun Stories (2007).

We return from our summer break with another episode of the career spanning Steven Seagal deep dive examining his entire career going through it chronologically and in reverse chronological order, one double feature at the time. This time it is a rare double of films that don't star the sensei and that both feature a rare on-screen death for him. For the first full cast episode since October(!) we sit down to watch a double of female led Terminator cash-grabs. First it is The Exterminator vs The Herminator when Robert Ginty takes on a reanimated cyborg Sandahl Bergman in Programmed to Kill (1987). Next a very sleepy Gregory Hines and female scientist (Renée Soutendijk) needs to stop the scientist's creation; a female cyborg with a nuclear bomb inside her (also Renée Soutendijk) in Eve of Destruction (1991).
