Ep. 25: I love working with people who are smarter than me. In both a work and personal capacity, that means surrounding myself with people who know things I don’t; or know things better than I do. Today, I’m breaking down a tonne of different professionals who have supported me on my life and career journey to optimize my mind, body and soul. I’ll dive into coaches and consultants I have worked with, paramedical services that I swear by (aka the people who you can hire and then expense through your health benefits) and many more. I’ve kissed a lot of frogs, and I’m excited to share my experience with you today.
