What happens spiritually when we go through low tides, "Tower moments," constriction and hardship?

In my healing practice and work with the Akashic Records, I often get asked about the reason or the background story for what is happening. Why did I lose my money? Why do I keep repeating the same lessons? Is this a curse, a past life, a future life, etc.? But while stories or explanations may be helpful, ultimately, the most important thing is our response to the situation.

When the same thing is happening over and over again, we are being expanded, we are being yelled at to build our foundation — and to choose a different response.

Do you feel like giving up on spirituality as you know it? In this episode I talk about why this is not necessarily a bad thing. In most cases, feeling dissatisfied and confused is actually a sign that you are growing up. That you are ready to go deeper and embrace your true calling.

Can the Akashic Records heal? Many people misunderstand the relationship between healing and the Akashic Records. Many believe that the Akashic Records are just a collection of facts, or a book of past lives.

In that case, healing would generally be limited to finding the right fact, "reading" past life stories, or finding the "right" answer. We would have to ask a lot of yes or no questions and scan for the right therapy to use — or something similar.

However, my experience with the Akashic Records has been very different. Just as the general operating principle of your computer or smartphone is more than just a collection of facts — it's a blueprint, so the Akashic Records provide a structural code for our reality. Its operating principle, if you like. Therefore, healing is not based on finding facts or stories, but on working with code and seeing where it deviated from the original blueprint.

Has it ever happened to you — you are in the middle of a meditation or prayer, and suddenly you receive spiritual guidance for another person? What was your first impulse? To go and share, right? Do we need to protect ourselves from dark energies? And if so, what is the best way to do it?

We connected with my friend, colleague and client, Anita, for an informal conversation about limiting beliefs in relation to spirituality and healing. We had to work through these beliefs on our own healing journeys, and hope this conversation will resonate with many other fellow travelers on the path. The spiritual path is a path of balance (not perfection), and if we are to truly heal, perhaps we can also embrace it as a path of honoring and loving our body.

In many traditional cultures, the beginning of February, what many know as Imbolc, was a celebration of the first glimpses of spring. Now imagine being up to your waist in know somewhere in Northern Europe, low on winter supplies, celebrating spring! It would have been a minimum 2 months to the actual spring.
