You will spend most of your days developing your skills and building your career there, so it’s important that you take the time to evaluate your potential workplace. Identifying a successful salon is not solely based on the clientele. Factors like a well-trained team and being in a high-traffic location also contribute to the salon’s success. During the interview process, ask the owner or manager questions about the job and keep some of the following in mind:
