Alex and Meredith speak with Tactic Nutrition Coach Lynsey Martin about the importance of prioritizing fitness and nutrition basics over appearance and trendy methods. Many people complicate their routines by trying different diets and exercises without first mastering the fundamentals, which makes it harder to be consistent and disciplined. It's crucial to build healthy habits that fit your body's specific needs in order to achieve long-term success, especially as we age. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and what works for one person may not work for another. Alex, Meredith, and Lynsey explore the psychological, physiological, genetic, and environmental factors that make weight loss a highly individual journey rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

| Mindfulness and Self-Love: Radical Acceptance, Embodying Our Ideals, and Gratefulness | 22 Mar 2023 | 01:07:19 | |
What started as a guide on how to be nicer to yourself has ended up in a deep exploration on some of Alex and Meredith's favorite theories on how we can love ourselves more. The "should have's" and self-hate we all have only applies judgement, rather than having compassion for our humanity.
