Complete guide to lowering serotonin - high value episode
21. Vitamin B6 reverses ADHD???21 sept. 202300:10:39
I don't agree with some of the stuff said in this article, specifically about low serotonin causing impulsive behavior and aggressive actions, no reference and is likely because high androgen / high energy states may be perceived as "aggressive" by mainstream science. `You might say this is bias, I don't think there's any strong conclusions we can take besides it being important to get adequate B6. Also, B6 does increase serotonin slightly, but not to any concerning amount. Keep in mind that despite what any inconclusive research may say, I and many others have seen great improvements from taking measures to lower serotonin.
20. Hyperactivity vs Attention deficit20 sept. 202300:17:06
2 DIFFERENT THINGS(kind of)! This episode is based purely on my experience and observations, not on research since there is none besides estimates that in America only 5% of children have ADHD yet 15% are diagnosed
19. Sunlight improves ADHD massively19 sept. 202300:27:00
Starting with this one, my episodes are going to be of MUCH higher quality going forward. Also forgot to mention that most ADHD people are vitamin D(efficient) and supplementation greatly improves ADHD: source: google 30456564
18. Breathwork and ADHD18 sept. 202300:13:05
Might make an update to this when I'm more educated on this
17. Gut health and ADHD17 sept. 202300:26:15
Note on the end: there is an abundance of(often funded) data showing that things do or do not cross the blood brain barrier, especially serotonin, although in my view it is poor research and inconclusive as there are animal studies showing otherwise. Leaky brain effect which everybody has to some extent likely exacerbates this phenomenon. Even just using logic, it doesn't make sense how the gut could have such impact on mental health and brain health without gut serotonin being able to cross BBB. With leaky brain in mind, it makes sense to assume this could be true just to try it out.
16. My experience with ADHD medication + recommendations16 sept. 202300:33:04
Kind of a ranty episode but the first 20 minutes is good
15. How to use social media with ADHD15 sept. 202300:23:54
How to mitigate the negative effects of social media on dopamine functioning, and thus ADHD.
14. Saturated fats are extremely beneficial for ADHD14 sept. 202300:45:47
Best episode so far probably, definitely worth a listen. Polyunsaturated fats are the devil imo lol. A little tangent on the American Procter and Gamble Association(AHA / American crisco organization).
13. Tips to optimize sleep13 sept. 202300:35:40
Honestly, don't watch this one lol. Here are the tips: look at sun throughout day, especially <30m after waking up. Grounding(optimize circadian rhythm). If not tired, wear yourself out during day. Extreme darkness to sleep, brightness to wake up. No bright lights of any color <30m before bed. No entertainment <90m before bed. Magnesium before bed. NO MELATONIN. No large meals <4hr before bed, 3 bare minimum. Cold room. Fluids early in day. PBDE-free/organic mattress. Splash water on face <15m before bed. Warm shower before bed can be helpful. Just do things that destress you and help you relax :) Sleep is one of the most important things for your health and your dopamine functioning, which is at the core of ADHD.
12. Meditation and other "anti-dopaminergics"12 sept. 202300:19:37
How to protect yourself against inevitable exposure to dopaminergics. NOT ALL DOPAMINERGICS ARE BAD(fruit, music, conversastion)!! Just the ones that are excessively dopaminergic and very easy to access.

4. Introduction to PUFA04 sept. 202300:14:50
Could polyunsaturated fats be causative in ADHD(omega 3 and omega 6, more of the latter)? This is something I'll be going in detail on in future episodes, sorry this one's sort of a ramble.
