Dr Kimberly Harms joins us for todays episode. Dr Harms says the following: My goal is to help people understand the importance of showing their love for their families by setting them up for success through comprehensive legacy planning and grief and conflict management. I have witnessed death up close many times throughout my life. I suffered the loss of my mother and my son to suicide and, eventually, my husband from a broken heart. These events shaped my views on finding meaning in grief, and I set out on a mission to end the stigma around end-of-life planning.
