Our DM Duo are two birds of a feather, and alongside Heather, they discuss a monster that’s bigger than any creature altogether: the mighty Roc. Unlike the other birds of myth, the generally southeast Asian roc has one thing over them all. Its big. I don’t think you realize how big it is. It’s, like, really big. ….no seriously it’s fucking huge. With a feather that can double as a palm frond fan and a wingspan that could be miles long, our hosts have no choice but to gaze in absolute awe as it effortlessly picks up an elephant for its evening meal, and are thankful for their smallness. After barely escaping meters long talons, they then discuss how to better use the roc in their games, going so far as to say that its mere presence can affect the weather around it. But in the end of the day, they’re just really happy that it’s a big bird.
