We discuss changing attitudes about professional dress codes and vulnerability in the workplace, and how leaders can better encourage their employees to bring their authentic selves to work. Holly teases Bhuchitra about having an autographed poster of himself in the workplace. Kevin Frick is a professor who teaches economics for decision-making, business leadership and human values, frameworks for analyzing healthcare markets, and a course on the US healthcare system in the past, present, and future. Frick studied health policy and administration at Penn State, followed by economics and health services research at the University of Michigan. In 1996, he joined the faculty of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where he has joint appointments. Brent Monseur, MD, ScM, FACOG (he/they) is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist and the founding director of the LGBTQ+ Family Building Clinical Research Program at Stanford University School of Medicine. They are an Instructor in the Department of OBGYN and lead a highly specialized team dedicated to improving reproductive outcomes for sexual and gender minority populations. They completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Stanford University after finishing an OB GYN Residency at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Monseur received a medical doctorate from the Medical College of Virginia. They trained as a reproductive biologist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where they completed a Master of Science degree. Dr. Monseur received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with a concentration in Spanish from the University of Mary Washington. | |||
