This week on A Night in with Novelli, we're diving headfirst into glitter, cabaret, consent… and sex parties 👀

I'm joined by the sensational Maria Stavrou – creative director, performer, and the absolute queen of sparkle and spreadsheets. She’s pulling back the velvet curtain on what really goes on behind the scenes at some of the UK’s most exclusive and empowering sex-positive events.

We talk about: 💃 How she found her confidence through performance 🔐 Why sex parties might just be the safest spaces for women 🔥 Mirror work, latex, and why confidence is a frequency 🎭 The power of persona and stepping into your inner showgirl 🧠 Real talk on consent, connection & showing up unapologetically

Whether you're curious about exploring sensuality, intrigued by the behind-the-scenes world of cabaret and kink, or just looking for a dose of unfiltered real talk—this one’s got you covered.

So, grab a cuppa (or something stronger), press play, and come join the conversation.

Welcome to the very first episode of A Night In With Novelli! I’m your host, Serena Novelli—relationship expert, sex and intimacy coach, and your go-to guide for legendary love. And what better way to kick things off than with the incredible Maddy Alexander-Grout—multi-passionate, neurodivergent powerhouse, visibility queen, and self-confessed oversharer (you’re in for a treat 💋).

In this unfiltered, honest, hilarious, and heart-expanding chat, we talk all things visibility—and how showing up as your full, authentic self can completely change your business, relationships, and confidence.

We dive into: ✨ What it really means to be visible (spoiler: it’s way more than just posting on social media) ✨ Navigating life, business and burnout with ADHD and autism ✨ Why Maddy’s book, Mad About Money, is basically her standing naked in a field of wheat (yep, you read that right) ✨ The beauty of failing fast, embracing imperfection and telling the perfectionism to get in the fuck-it bucket ✨ How to build a community that not only supports your success, but demands you rest when you need it

Maddy brings truth, sass, humour and soul. If you’ve ever felt like you're “too much”, “not enough”, or just unsure how to own your uniqueness in your brand or biz—this episode will hit you right in the heart.

💥 Warning: contains swearing, real talk, and big bold energy.
