We are sorry we can't stick to format... today's episode of 45 Minutes of Noizze is an hour long and you'll have to bear with us, soz not soz. Sam is on hosting duties again with Jac along for the ride to talk Gojira at the Olympics, Holding Absence at Chepstow Castle, a certain Star Wars marathon, which bands we'd retire because they've/we've had enough AND we have album reviews on the upcoming records 'Greif' by Zeal & Ardor and 'Wildfires' by Rising Insane. Its stacked and worth the extra 14 minutes ish. We are having a break in scheduling so there will be no episode in 2 weeks and Sam plans to rope Kris back in for the following episode so expect normal proceedings to resume then!
