For the first time, 3BG talks about a Z-Grade horror movie. A movie that was made during post-covid mania, is about a killer who is just as equally late to the party. DjTsu and Dee...try, to talk about this movie. At least Angela from Sleepaway Camp is in it.

Twisters as a film works because while it is a sequel of sorts to the original movie, its a sequel in spirit in that it takes the basic ideas of the first film and expands on it in a way that makes it not feel redundant. Solid cast and great cinematography and vfx. Go watch this in IMAX and 4DX if you can.

This movie could've easily been just a self serving commercial for Nike but what you get is an interesting film that hits on a very historical moment for Nike that forever changed the course of the company into the behemoth that it is today. 

So we finally hit the movie that definitely divided fans. On one hand, Matrix Reloaded up the ante in giving us the viewers more action scenes on the other hand though the movie gave us a plot that pretty much killed the Matrix lore. Buckle up people, we're in for a bumpy ride.

Its amazing how much of an impact a movie has on filmmaking. The Matrix was a movie that blew peoples minds at the time because it was doing things that others movie weren't doing at the time with things like bullet time, the anime'esque fighting, and its pretentious philosophical plot that was fine but got convoluted as the series went on. Either which way, this is a movie that looking back on it now is still a fun and good movie to watch.

Child's Play is DjTsu's favorite slasher film series of all time. Dee doesn't like it...but laughed a few times. In this very special Halloween Special, the BAM boys talk about the murderous doll, voodoo, Jennifer Tilley's cleavage, rulers and GIVE ME THE POWER I BEG OF YOU!!!!!

Wherein Hell In A Cell PPV happened to decent results, TNA Bound For Glory happened, and NJPW King of Pro Wrestling tourney. Also random wrestling shenanigans.

Most anime that have gratuitous fan service end up not having an engaging story. Hell, its rare to find any sort of show that can balance fan service with a legit plot. In comes High School of the Dead, a show that has fan service in spades but also has a legit plot and some interesting characters. Despite its short length, the show definitely puts a unique spin on the zombie apocalypse.

Wicked City is truly a story about love. When two people of different species come together as lovers, they find out that they're the key to peace. The Human World and the Demon World can be one. It's a heartwarming tale with vagina monsters, talking vagina's, melting boobs, tentacle s&m and tons of rape. Yes, very graphic but it's animation is fantastic. Not for kids...and Dee and DjTsu saw it at age 10! Wonderful.

Civil War is an event that in concept is good. For awhile in the Marvel Universe, heroes were able to do their job without much interference from the gov't. Sure every once in awhile they have a liason to see what the heroes do but for the most part there was no checks and balances. In comes this event which set the tone on whether heroes should be able to do what they do with no regulation.

So there was a time where Arnold made a parody movie of sorts but in a different way. Whereas a majority of parody movies are done in an intentional comedic way, Last Action Hero does it in a very tongue in cheek way. This is a movie that nails every action movie trope and even comments on some of them as well. Despite the lukewarm reception, this movie is a very solid, fun flick to watch.

James Gunn put his whole ankle into this film. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 manages to do something rare in that it sticks the landing on this film journey that we've gone on with these characters in the MCU. Everything from the visuals to the music to the story is very well done and keeps you engaged to see where its all gonna lead up. Definitely worth the watch in theaters.

Sonic the Hedgehog much like Mario is a beloved franchise and icon. Throughout the years the series has had its share of ups and downs. More recently it had its fair share of down moments. Even with that, the franchise is still alive and kicking somehow. Thats the power of Sonic!

Wesley Snipes is just that damn good of an action star and Passenger 57 is a simple action flick that showcases everything you need to know about Snipes. Add on Bruce Payne who knows how to play a scenery chewing villain and some well done action and you have a fairly entertaining flick. 

Its rare to get a movie starring 4 black women who are very strong and capable. Set It Off is a movie thats sort of realistic on the characters in terms of what they go through in life. Its what happens when these characters decide to take life by the balls and jump start it by robbing banks. Pretty good action and a standard plot where you'll see story points coming a mile away.

Most people left Power Rangers around the first season. Some right around Zeo but Turbo? Yeah Power Rangers Turbo was the season that literally pushed the franchise to the brink of pretty much being dead in the water. A season that tried to take the wackiness of the Carranger sentai and make a serious season out of it and the results was a very hit and miss affair. 

This is probably one of the better movies about a music group and the crazy part is that its entirely fictional. What makes this movie work is that despite it hitting some tropes that you see in musical documentaries, it nails the characters and their struggles.

Well this is what you've been waiting for. This is a series of movies that progressively got insane and crazy with the plot and cars. It used to be about the pink slips but then it turned into a full on heist flick. Yet somehow despite all this, we got 7 entertaining movies out the deal.

So CJ sits down with Leon Langford who is writer of the Static Shock short, Electrogenesis and also creator of a new book, Street Slam. Definitely a must listen.

Parody movies come and go but there used to be a time where parody movies were actually good. Not Another Teen Movie is one of them. Taking all the tropes from teen movies of the 80's and 90's, this flick hits on all the classic stuff but its done in such a way where its legit funny.

Quite possibly the movie that really emphasized that these comic book movies could work, the Raimi Spiderman trilogy echoed the old school Stan Lee era of Spidey books where its campy and fun in a good and entertaining way. Despite the trilogy sputtering out at the end with Spiderman 3, its still a trilogy thats worth a watch.

James Cameron is known for Titanic, Avatar, Terminator, and one of the Alien movies. Most people often forget, True Lies. And what many don't know is that this a monster hit. It also gave Jamie Lee Curtis career the joint it needed. Also, ARNOLD! This maybe Peak Arnold.

So we're on our third attempt on a Fantastic Four movie. Does the flick live up to the hype and controversy? Tune in and find out!

Its amazing how the mythology of a movie gets huge when an actor dies and The Crow is no exception. Brandon Lee died during production and it cast a huge hype train on the movies release. This movie definitely lived up the hype. A very basic revenge story that works well across the board from the action to the acting. 

Much like Black Bible Black this is one of many stories of Dee and DjTsu's wild adventures as...(sigh)...hiphop artist. On this adventure they learn that chucking mixtapes at a HipHop Summit about financial responsibility is ALWAYS worth doing.   

Quite possibly one of the more popular seasons of Power Rangers, Zeo was an action packed season that progressed the Zordon Era story. Characters experienced lots of growth, stakes were high at times, and we had bad guys who at times managed to put a wrinkle in the rangers plans. Solid season front to back.

For most people, the Incredibles is a solid superhero flick. A fun, family friendly movie that hits on some serious stuff at times. We're given a range of characters who are going through personal issues that your average person can relate to to an extent. Excellent cast and characters and the animation is solid as well.

Jim Carrey has always been a funny comedian. One of the greats even. The Mask is one of those movies that really showed the wackiness of Carrey big time. It took a lot from the Tex Avery cartoons and it has some moments where its laugh out loud funny. Other than that, the movie definitely has padded out lots of the plot for the sake of extending the time.

One of the big things coming out of the MCU movies was when were we gonna see the Antman character. Specifically Hank Pym. He was one of the founding members of the Avengers and there was rumors of the character and Wasp being in the original draft of the Avengers movie. But as with anything we had to wait till the character was announced. Well we got AntMan but its the Scott Lang incarnation. Not necessarily a bad thing cause the character actually has an excellent origin. So come along with us on this journey as we talk about this excellent movie.

Based on the comic of the same name, this movie is very Flash focused which is a big change of pace. Normally with DC animated movies it either Batman, Superman, or Justice League focused. At any rate, Flashpoint paradox tells the tale of what happens when you mess with events of the past and how it effects the future. This movie more or less shows the world in a chaotic mess but its so good.

San Diego Comic Con has came and gone and man was it chock full of good news. So sit back as we break down all the comic book related newsworthy stuff.

Time to go BACK IN TIME!!!!! Marty and Doc hop back inside that cool-looking car that can only go 88 mph max! This time, the timeline is screwed up because somebody wanted to make a few bets. Yes, we made the joke about Biff turning into present-day Trump. We did all the jokes we were supposed to. Don't worry!

Quite possibly the best Batman movie from an animated standpoint. Under the Red Hood managed to take a convoluted character with a convoluted background like Red Hood and completely rejuvinate it. Its a simple movie that really hits home on the action and story.
