Sara Cox MBE, the trailblazer who has broken glass ceilings, retires from international rugby.  A sad day for the game.  Chris and Ian chat to her about an incredible career.   A quick rundown of last week's games, and a local roundup of a few Devon teams.

Coxy is still MIA, but the Ian and Bentos are back by (slightly) popular demand! \ This week, Ian brags about his summer travelling the world and speaking loads, they cover the the incredible new play at the Northcott Theatre, Exe Men, the Women's World Cup, the Men's side of things, and everything else in between!! 

On this week's pod it’s just Chris with his old opponent and chairman of the Community Club Union, Rob Sigley!

We review the PAC4 tournament, place our bets for the Prem Final, plus also set up a humdinger of a future pod with two opposing view of the potential breakaway rugby 360 league!

It’s a (late) remote episode this week. Ian’s in his man cave, Chris is in his office, and Coxy’s away searching for Hobbits in The Shire.

This week: resounding results in the Papa John’s competition, Chris has to apologise to a player he’s disliked for years, Ian discusses their charity row, whilst Chris worries about the poop deck.

Chris and Coxy are so untechnical and can't get to the studio @ Cobalt, so they eventually use Teams to chat.  No real intro and a different quality of sound, but some great insights on the weekend's rugby games.  Northampton, the underdogs, beat Ireland + extras.   Bath continue their hunt for more silverware and the potential treble.

This week, we're without the Dame, so it's just the 2 Locks today discussing the fallout from "that game" against Gloucester at the weekend.

Is this the worst defeat in Chiefs' history? Where has it gone wrong? What needs to change? What other questions can Alex think of to type? Who knows?

This week, Coxy’s away again on RFU duties, so Chris and Thian (the artist formerly known as Fat Ian) chat through the weekend’s rugby & the state of the game. Ian plays 4 minutes of rugby due to being injured because he doesn't have any padding anymore, Chris is excited for the Chiefs Past Players Day, and Alex gets a mention for his pedantry and firm but fair dictatorial approach.

Coxy's away on RFU duties again this week, so it's just Ian and Chris again, and they spend most of the pod avoiding the game that took place at on Sunday as they dissect a plethora of rugby from the M6N Super Saturday matches all the way down to the Devon Cup Final!

Coxy's on her RFU travels again, so this week we have none other than the Beast himself, Exeter Chiefs Team Manager, Tony Walker, taking her place. We look back on the weekend's Prem Rugby Cup semi-finals, look forward to the final against Bath, recall stories from last week's event at Sandy Park with James Haskell, along with Ethan & Jimmy Roots, and sit through more of Ian's awful jokes.

This week we look back on a weekend of Prem Cup quarter finals, Coxy's lost her MBE medal, Ian has the stats, and Chris gets excited at the thought of a huge semi next weekend.

This week on 2LAAC - Chris's ego is through the roof after being asked for an autograph at Sandy Park, Ian is on a mission to create atmosphere in the stadium, and Jetset Coxy discusses her recent travels, along with dissecting the law around that kick on the touchline from Louis Bielle-Biarrey.

Corner flags and kick competition come under scrutiny amidst the usual chat, whilst Bentos seems to have found himself in a slightly less cantankerous mood than last week! 

The trio are all together and on a high after a crazy weekend of rugby games and results. A full round up of all the games across many leagues and learn about how The Dame loves a bit of banger racing!

Coxy has gone AWOL yet again, so Ian and Chris start with the best intentions but upon the arrival of club captain and testimonial hero, Jack Yeandle, he takes the conversation on a whistle-stop tour of a fantastic career with a bit of hype for his upcoming Testimonial events.
