Saying NO is incredibly difficult. Whether it is a no to a person, place, opportunity or experience - saying no can feel scary because of the fear of upsetting others, disappointing people , and the unknown and uncertainty that comes with turning something down.

As performers we are constantly making decisions whether yes I want to do this or no it doesn’t align or I don’t want to any longer. I hope this episode helps give you a framework and also some support behind you so that saying no feels integrated and just a part of who you are !!!

As artists and athletes we are constantly experiencing moments where we are disappointed with ourselves. Moments where we havent shown up as our best selves, moments that didn't go our way and our greatest asset is learning how to recalibrate ourself as quickly as possible to feeling good again!

The very next moment may be ours for the taking - so how can we brush it off, take the lesson, get over ourselves and continue showing up for the dream !!

Becoming a leading figure of your life, blazing your own trail and moving out of the passenger seat and into the drivers seat is how you claim your power back !!

Rejection is brutal and challenging but it is also a normal part of the process when chasing BIG DREAMS. Today I share multiple times my life and the universe has taught me this lesson that has now become a concrete belief of mine to turn rejection into an opportunity.
