Hasina Rahman is the owner of a multi-award winning female only combat club in Bedfordshire, called Pink Diamond Martial Arts. The club has now been running for 9 years and has won multiple awards. Hasina has studied various types of combat sports over the past 20+ years, including Karate, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, BJJ, Tai Chi and MMA. She's a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor with 3 black belts in 3 different styles of Martial Arts. Hasina, who's also mother of 2 boys and a children's author, has held multiple self-defence workshops all around the UK, constantly promoting women's safety.

Dr Nikita Islam is a Gynaecologist turned perimenopause and menopause coach for Muslim women. She is also a revert Muslimah and a mum to three wonderful children alhamdulillah. She helps Muslim women navigate through perimenopause and menopause with more energy, focus, and confidence - by following holistic wellness practices that are safe, effective, easy to follow and aligned with our deen. She has worked both in the UK and abroad for more than 20 years as a hospital doctor. She is a trained health coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a NLP practitioner.

Aisha Jasuleviciute is not only an academic powerhouse holding 5 degrees, she is also a seasoned veteran in the realm of Islam. With a personal journey spanning 18 years as a revert, she intimately understands the challenges and triumphs that come with embracing Islam. Drawing from her own experiences, Aisha has dedicated her life to supporting others on their paths to healing and empowerment. She began her academic journey by obtaining degrees in primary teaching and childhood and youth studies, laying the foundation for her future work with children and families. She furthered her education by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Qualified Teacher Status, enabling her to teach sciences in both high school and college settings. Recognising the importance of inclusive education, Aisha pursued training as a Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO), enhancing her ability to support students with diverse learning needs. Her dedication to understanding the complexities of mental health led her to pursue a Master of Science degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health. As the founder of Aisha's Sukoon and a relationship recovery coach for revert women, she has dedicated her life to empowering others on their journeys to healing and self-discovery.
