Avoiding Burnout & Overwhelm, Taking a Break
Épisode 260
vendredi 16 mai 2025 • Durée 38:32
We've been making some big decisions this week. Juggling so many things, it's been so important to step back and consider the best way to move forward. Often times it's so easy to get wrapped up in the chaos, and not realize that fatigue and burnout has taken over. As parents and professionals we can spread ourselves too thin, and not realize we're giving 5% of ourselves to 100 things instead of focusing on doing a few things amazingly well. We think it's important for everyone to read those signs, and take a break when self care and time to refocus is needed. Rearranging thoughts, and taking time consider next steps is a much needed step.
We love you all, and appreciate your support so much!
