Whether you're a service provider or seeking services, this episode will shed light on the importance of safeguarding trust and maintaining the highest ethical standards in business. Tune in to learn how to navigate these tricky waters and protect your investments.

Ep. 04 - Sell it before Build it: A Lean Approach to Product Innovation
Saison 1 · Épisode 4
vendredi 17 juin 2022 • Durée 40:31
The most innovative companies tend to tackle the risk of developing new products upfront. There are 4 types of risks
- Value Risk
- Tech Risk
- Usability Risk
- Business Viability Risk
The most important risk any product developer needs to address upfront is value risk i.e. would customers find values in what we'd like to offer them? aka would they buy it? aka does our offer address their need?
How would you know the answer without having a business running, you might ask?
Well, that's what Lean Innovation is all about
👉 Validating your grand business/product ideas cheaply using fast experimentation and prototyping.
In this talk, Behrad Mirafshar, teaches you how you can test your ideas at scale with not so much money in only a few weeks, with the most effective version of an agile process through which you can drive breakthrough innovation.
Also, showing you how you can test your MVP idea only in a week with your target customers.
This is a systematic process that aims to marry speed with quality.

Ep. 03 - Design Thinking: How To Solve Complex Problems
Saison 1 · Épisode 3
vendredi 10 juin 2022 • Durée 40:20
In this webinar, Behrad will break down for you the philosophy of design thinking and the tools by which you can conduct a design thinking workshop.
Design thinking emphasizes open-mindedness, curiosity, and collaboration
Design thinking is an attempt to learn from the designers’ approach to design challenges.
The recurrent shift from divergent to convergent modes of thinking, having a holistic view, engaging in multi-disciplinary teams, the fetish for prototyping, pen, and paper, embracing uncertainty and welcoming ambiguity, putting yourself in someone else’s shoes, trial, and error (iterative mindset), etc… are some of the significant upheavals introduced by design thinking.
Welcome to problem-solving 2.0.

Ep. 01 - Lean UX Process: Integrating UX into Agile Development
Saison 1 · Épisode 1
vendredi 20 mai 2022 • Durée 01:00:42
Agile methodologies are most often used by tech teams to ship new features.
Contrary to the conventional approach (waterfall), Agile approach doubles down on the flexibility of tech teams to be responsive to market and customer changes. Not only tech teams, but entire product teams have started adapting their workflows so they can work hand in hand with the dev team.
An agile sprint lasts between one and two weeks on average and offers less wiggle room for UX designers to practice their own design process. That's the source of complaints from many UX Designers.
In this episode, the Lean Product Innovator & UX Strategist with +12 years of experience, and leader of one of the best UX Design studios in Germany, Bonanza Design, Behrad Mirafshar, breaks it down for you:
👉 What is Lean UX Process?
👉 The role of designers in a typical agile process
👉 How can UX designers can be effectively incorporated at all stages of Agile development?
