Hi, I’m Susan Donnelly. I’m an ultra running mindset coach and a veteran of over 150 100-mile ultramarathons. I’ve learned a ton from all these miles, but the most valuable lesson? Your body isn’t what holds you back…your mind is.
I created this podcast for ultra runners who are done letting fear, indecision, and that voice in their head talk them out of what they came to do. You’ve trained hard. You’ve shown up.
