Join the Feral Wisdom community: feralwisdom.carrd.co
I'm back.
After a year of absolute devestation, I've returned to the Undomesticate podcast to give an update on what I've been up to and how I'm stepping into 2025 living in deeper alignment.
This homecoming episode explores the essence of Feral Wisdom - a path for those seeking to make an impact without sacrificing their soul to modern culture's demands.
I share my journey of reckoning and renewal, introducing the five core beliefs that now guide my work and life. We'll explore how to:
- Trust your innate wisdom over society's noise
- Design a life of radical alignment with your nature
- Move beyond surface-level success to find genuine fulfillment
- Create meaningful impact while honoring your authentic rhythms
- Transform from passive consumer to active creator
This episode is an invitation to completely reimagine your relationship with work, purpose, and meaning.
I hope you'll join the movement.

007 | The Life Of A Savage Gentleman w/ Josh Tyler
mardi 7 novembre 2023 • Durée 01:39:24
Josh Tyler is a former professional MMA fighter, amateur survivalist, Father, and owner of the boutique menswear brand Savage Gentleman.
I first discovered Josh through Instagram and was intrigued by how diverse his portfolio of interests were. It’s not every day that you meet a man who is modeling high-end, hand-crafted clothing while also breaking people’s faces for a living.
In this episode, Josh and I explore:
- How tribalism is in our DNA and how to build trust with other men in modern times
- Why it’s crucial that we only pursue that which we’re passionate about
- How the metrics society measures success by are poor indicators of personal fulfillment
- How domestication has led to the downfall of modern men
- How self-reliance builds self-confidence
- Josh’s journey from teacher to fighter to entrepreneur
- Why our creative power is the greatest gift we can give the world and so much more.

006 | What Transformation Actually Requires w/ Adam Quiney
mardi 24 octobre 2023 • Durée 01:22:00
I’m really excited to share this interview with Adam Quiney because he has been one of the most important mentors, teachers, and people in my life in the last 5 years.
Adam was the founder of the first men’s group I ever joined, and he introduced me to John Wineland - who I spent the better part of five years studying masculine embodiment and sexual polarity with. I also spent two years studying with Adam himself in his program called The Forge - a leadership and coaching development program that I highly, highly recommend.
Adam taught me how to coach and lead powerfully. In a world saturated by wannabe coaches, Adam is the real deal. He is by far the most brilliant coach, and one of the most brilliant people, I’ve ever met and is the embodiment of self-expression, integrity, and he’s absolutely hilarious.
In this episode we explore:
- Adam’s journey from lawyer to transformational coach
- How to hold our more challenging emotions with reverence
- Why it’s important to live in partnership with your fear in order to create a bigger life
- How Adam is working with his fear around trusting life, why he’s traveling to Costa Rica every 6-8 weeks to drink ayahuasca
- The trouble with integration when it comes to plant medicine
- How to work with our judgements to attain true freedom
- How discovering the essence of who we are can help us in our personal evolution
and so much more...

004 | How to Awaken Through Integrated Self Inquiry w/ Brandon Bozarth
mardi 26 septembre 2023 • Durée 01:17:16
I recently met Brandon while spending the summer in Austin, Texas, and had no idea what Brandon did - but knew he was a guy I wanted to sit down and talk to.
Brandon teaches the embodiment of the "Non-Dual Awakening" realization that has been referenced in every major religion and spiritual tradition over the last 10,000 years. He founded Integrated Self Inquiry (ISI) as a process of revealing inner peace through radical truth-telling. His holistic approach to experiencing genuine freedom in all areas of life has been taught in workshops, retreats, and in his online courses all over the world over the past decade.
In this episode, Brandon shares about how he developed his unique method of transformation he calls Integrated Self Inquiry, how he saved a woman from committing suicide from across the world, why a more challenging a life is typically the easier path to take in life, how the teachings of Bashar have contributed to his personal evolution, how we create all of our own suffering, how one of his clients healed an autoimmune disease instantly through the power of self inquiry, and so much more.

003 | Awakening From A Brain Injury And Living Your Purpose Through Sacred Action w/ Chris Marhefka
dimanche 10 septembre 2023 • Durée 01:30:42
Chris is another dear friend and business partner of mine.
Together we formed Thirteen Pines, a company dedicated to the conscious evolution of men. If you’re interested in what our company is up to and how we are bringing transformation to the world, listen to episode 1 and 2 with Allan Mcgrath and Nic Warner, the other two founders involved in Thirteen Pines.
Chris spent his 20’s as a competitive Crossfit athlete, Ironman competitor, gym owner, and serial entrepreneur, until a sudden brain injury while competing left him debilitated and stuck in bed recovering for months, where he had to reassess his entire life.
In this episode we dive into Chris’s journey of healing from his brain injury, how he went from an intense Type A personality to one of the chillest guys I know, how he got into somatic healing and running retreats doing inner child work, why we shouldn’t try to get rid of our childhood wounds, how to integrate deep healing experiences into your regular life, the two step process of radical transformation by taking sacred action and using affirmations, the importance of small wins and building momentum, preparing for fatherhood, and much, much more.

002 | Healing Our Parents Traumas, The Lakota Sun Dance, And Finding Nourishment Beyond Women w/ Nic Warner
samedi 9 septembre 2023 • Durée 01:26:40
Nic is another brother I met in the men’s work world, and I instantly knew I we were going to be close friends from the moment we met.
Nic has a fascinating story. A guy who from the outside had it all - a career as an architect, married to a beautiful model, and by all accounts had found success. But after the dissolution of his marriage, wrestling with porn addiction, an unfulfilling career, and a lack of direction and purpose in his life, Nic went on a spiritual journey that led him all around the world - rediscovering who he was and what was important to him.
Today, he is a world-renowned teacher of relationship and intimacy - with a particular focus on mastering sexual energetics. His incredible succinct, deep, and well articulated reels on Instagram have amassed millions of views, and he travels the world teaching men and women how to deepen in intimacy and live more vibrant and fulfilling lives - now calling himself an architect of transformation.
In this episode we talk about the importance of rites of passage and initiations, The Native American tradition of sundancing, how we can help our parents heal their traumas, plant medicines, taking frog poison, taking 100% responsibility for our lives, how to find feminine nourishment beyond women, and so much more…

001 | Vision Quests, Rites of Passage, And The Wisdom of Nature w/ Allan McGrath
vendredi 8 septembre 2023 • Durée 01:04:34
Welcome to the Undomesticate Podcast!
Our first episode is with one of my best friends, Allan McGrath.
Allan has been leading men for nearly a decade - which is kind of wild because he is only in his early thirties.
Today, he is a mentor who guides men and women to embody the teachings of sacred intimacy. He's dedicated himself to facilitating the evolution of men through embodied masculinity, finding a higher purpose and unlocking sexual power. He leads women through their journey of feminine embodiment, sexual yoga and the art of intimacy. He works with couples on deepening their connection through polarity and relational intimacy practices in his workshops, trainings & 1-1 coaching.
In this episode Allan and I chat about his recent 4-day vision quest, the importance of power statements, how he was initiated into men’s work, why meditation practice needs to be paired with embodiment work, how nature is our greatest teacher, processing the grief of disconnection from the natural world, and so much more.
