DJ Morgan, producer and founder of HardNRG.com – one of the first major online platforms to promote hard house across the United States, showcasing exclusive sets from leading artists around the globe.

His own productions and DJ mixes blew up his international profile, seeing him tour extensively and earn a reputation as a highly influential figure in the early US hard dance movement. “When I went to my first rave, it all came together – a scene developing before my eyes, opening me up to entirely new ways of thinking about music,” he recalls.

The 1990s US dance scene was raw, experimental, and fiercely inclusive. “Everyone was welcome. Positive vibes came in, and out went the punk rock and industrial angst,” says DJ Morgan. While Europe evolved into a vast festival culture, America’s underground stayed stripped-back and communal. “Out of a thousand records, you might find twenty or so dedicated to harder styles,” he remembers. The arrival of early internet record hubs like Juno Records and Banging Tunes finally gave him access to the European records that would later inspire his mission.

In 1999, DJ Morgan launched HardNRG.com, one of the world’s first free online mix platforms – years ahead of SoundCloud or Mixcloud. “The goal was simple: get mixes from the best artists across Europe to ravers for free, and help spread the music across America.” The site became a global hub for hard house mixes. It featured some of the era’s biggest names, including Andy Farley, Anne Savage, BK, Captain Tinrib, Dynamic Intervention, Lisa Lashes, Karim, Lisa Pin-Up, Nick Sentience, Rodi Style, and Superfast Oz.

Building on that success, DJ Morgan co-founded Lotek Records, releasing tracks from Defective Audio, Dynamic Intervention, Pranksterz, Rubec, Chris C, and Madam Zu while producing his own material for Lotek and releases on Kaktai & DIP Records, including No Law, Unknown Technique, and Severe Trauma, rooted in harder-edged trance and NRG.

DJ Morgan helped pave the way for the early hard dance scene in San Francisco. “We started a club night and threw several underground parties while helping others in the scene put on events,” he explains. “Many of our DJs went on to play across North America and internationally. I had a great run of it myself, playing regularly across the US and Canada, and as far as the UK, Finland, Japan, and Australia.”

In parallel, he built a career in the video game industry, working with Activision, Sega, EA, and Blizzard on projects for major franchises including Command & Conquer and Warcraft. “My background in music allowed me to immediately speak with audio designers and engineers to hit the ground running,” he says.

Now based in Thailand, Morgan has returned to DJing with a renewed focus, performing across Techno, Hard Techno, Hard Trance, and Psy-Trance. “I play what I like, rather than chasing what is popular. This way, I’m playing the music I love and am excited to share with everyone.” With upcoming gigs in Bangkok, before heading to Pattaya and Phuket, the former US hard house pioneer continues to connect with audiences by combining the underground energy of his past with today’s global hard dance revival.

Italian-born and London-based, Mattia Turchetti, known as M.F.S: Observatory, has spent the past decade refining a sound that sits between engineering precision and raw club instinct.

His productions and DJ sets balance M.F.S: Obervatory’s hypnotic repetition with emotional restraint, merging the discipline of a sound designer with the pulse of a dancefloor tactician. “My first musical memories come from home,” he begins. “My brother introduced me to electronic music, while my parents played Italian artists like Pino Daniele, Fabrizio De André, and Francesco De Gregori. That mix of emotion, melody, and rhythm shaped my ear from an early age. I started experimenting with drum machines and early software, fascinated by how rhythm could control a room. That curiosity slowly evolved into DJing and then producing my own music.”

The alias came later, carrying both geographical and philosophical weight. “I’m from a village facing Mount Vesuvio, where the observatory stands, and that idea of watching and listening from above felt powerful. We started as a trio, but over time it became my solo project. The name stayed because it reflects how I approach music: always observing, studying, and experimenting with sound.”

Growing up in Naples meant being immersed in a rhythmic culture where groove is everything. “I grew up surrounded by the house and tech-house scene in Naples, which has a strong groove-based culture. Later, after moving to London and traveling through Europe, I was drawn toward deeper and more hypnotic techno. Artists and labels that build emotion through minimalism and tension influenced me most; I’ve always been attracted to music that pulls you in slowly.”

Turchetti’s formal background in sound design gave structure to that instinct. He studied Music and Sound Design in London, followed by a master’s in Sonic Arts at Goldsmiths. “Sound design taught me to treat frequencies as materials and to shape space, not just fill it,” he says. “Every sound has a role and emotional weight. I think a lot about how frequencies interact and how to use silence and dynamics to build tension – both in production and in a DJ set.”

His early career took shape through small underground labels that supported his first releases before his name began appearing on international imprints. “It started with small underground labels that believed in my early music. Those first releases helped me build connections and confidence. As my sound evolved, international labels began to notice, and my tracks started reaching new audiences across Europe. Playing abroad and hearing my music in different cities were important milestones that showed me this could grow into a real career.”

That career has now stretched across respected outlets such as Kneaded Pains, Second State, Illegal Aliens, Diffuse Reality, and his own Observatory Music, which he uses as a base for experimentation. Releases like Into The Matrix, You Get Me Flustered, and Antares mark his evolution toward a deeper, more spatial sound. “It has become more textured and focused,” he explains. “Early on I was driven by pure rhythm and energy, while now I explore space, layering, and atmosphere. My setup with the Akai Force, Elektron Syntakt, Elektron Digitone II, Eurorack, and Ableton Live helps me capture both structure and spontaneity. Recently, I’ve been experimenting with Baby Audio’s Tekno plug-in, which delivers a powerful punch on drums when combined with the analog tones I create on the Elektron machines.”

His process starts from rhythm and grows outward. “I jam on the Syntakt or Digitone II until I find a groove that feels alive. From there I record into Ableton Live and arrange using the Akai Force as the main hub. The Eurorack adds evolving atmospheres and subtle movement. I like to shape each track like a DJ set — building tension and release, making sure every element has its moment.”

That same attention to tension and release defines his approach to the booth. “I approach every set like a story. The opening tracks set the atmosphere, and from there I follow the crowd’s reactions. I never plan too tightly; I prefer to read the energy in the room and respond to it. The goal is to make people lose themselves in the flow and feel part of a shared journey.” He adjusts instinctively to different contexts. “Each city has its own energy. In Berlin, I focus on darker, hypnotic patterns; in London, I feel freer to experiment with groove and rhythm. Touring has taught me how sound behaves in different spaces.”

Parallel to his own artistry, M.F.S: Observatory teaches production and DJ techniques, often bridging technical knowledge and creative intuition. “Teaching came naturally after years in the studio and on the road. I wanted to share what I learned and help others find their sound. My philosophy is to combine technical precision with creativity. I teach students to understand their tools, listen deeply, and express their own identity. The aim is not just to finish tracks but to build confidence as artists.”

When asked what success looks like to him, his response is grounded. “Success means being able to create freely, connect with people through music, and keep that passion alive. If I can do that while growing my label and supporting other artists, then I am doing what I set out to do.”

He’s now focused on expanding Observatory Music and taking his live concept further, integrating modular synthesis and DJ performance into a single experience. “I want to expand Observatory Music and continue developing my live performance concept, bringing more of my studio process directly to the stage. I’m exploring visual elements and collaborations that combine sound design with immersive experiences. My focus is on pushing creativity forward while keeping the underground spirit alive.”

The next chapter will see M.F.S: Observatory translating his machines into a physical performance. He tells True Techno  “I am developing a new series of live shows built entirely around my machines. It brings the energy of my studio setup to the stage, combining live production and DJ performance. It feels more physical and personal, and I can’t wait to share it. I want to thank everyone who supports the underground and keeps this community strong.”

Dario Brkic aka AIROD, is a Parisian DJ, producer, and label owner who has become a defining force in the global techno scene. Emerging from the French underground, AIROD’s sound is characterized by its raw intensity, industrial grit, and hypnotic storytelling, blending elements of acid, rave, and ’90s techno influences.

AIROD’s journey into electronic music began with early inspirations from Daft Punk and artists like Sébastien Benett and Joachim Garraud. His pivotal moment came upon discovering Skrillex’s “My Name Is Skrillex,” which led him to start producing music using Fruity Loops. His breakout occurred in 2018 with a solo 12″ release on Molekül, garnering support from techno heavyweights such as Dasha Rush and Overmono. Lola Cerise is a French DJ based in Paris, who was born into a family of creatives — her mother was a classical musician, and her uncle a chief orchestra conductor who worked with artists like Mstislav Rostropovich.

She learned piano as a child but embraced a rebellious streak inherited from her mother, which led her to explore her own path. In her teenage years, Lola Cerise became a regular at illegal raves, where she discovered acidcore, tribal, and tribe core.

Lola has spoken openly about her mother’s battle with depression following her parents’ divorce. That experience deeply shaped her independent mindset and hardworking attitude. Ironically, it was also her mother — who had herself dropped out of classical music school and joined Germany’s early techno scene — who supported Lola’s eventual career pivot into music.

At 18, Lola moved to Lyon to study art and pursued photography professionally. She later dropped out of university, supporting herself by modeling for brands like A.P.C., Eric Tibusch, and Silvian Heach. After a few years, she realized photography wasn’t her calling and relocated to Australia, where she spent three years.

During the pandemic, she reconnected with rave culture and began DJing — picking up professional gear from closing clubs. Within a year, she started producing and made a bold decision: to leave everything behind and start over in Paris, dedicating herself fully to music.

Lola Cerise has since released on Gomboc Records, Comme des les Films, Khazad Records, and Record Union. Supported by the likes of Indira Paganotto, I Hate Models, and Cera Khin, she also landed a residency at the legendary Gotec Club and launched her own label, First Date Without Panties.

Now cementing her name in the scene as a producer to watch, she’s delivered mixes for BCCO Berlin and a live stream with HÖR Berlin. In May, she’s set to release an 6-track mini-LP on Indira’s ARTCORE — a varied and exciting collection of tracks from the last two years that marks a milestone in her creative evolution.

Lola’s music is a reflection of all her experiences — sometimes fast and intense, other times emotive and layered, but always with a narrative. Her mantra: “If it doesn’t make me smile, then I won’t finish it.”

Victor Fernandez is a prominent figure in the Spanish techno scene, having evolved his unique sound over nearly a decade in the industry.

Valentinø is the alias of Italian DJ and producer Valentino Marchiori, based in Genoa, Italy. The founder of Mantra Club since 2016 in the suburbs of the city, he also runs his own label, Overtime Records. His label and others have provided a platform for his trademark sound incorporating hypnotic melodies and frenetic rhythms within the techno and Psy-Trance genres. “Psy-Trance is a sound that I most resonate with and helps me to represent myself in the most authentic way”.

He started out his DJ career playing in Genoa, and became recognised for his style, but felt that this wasn’t fulfilling his goals, and started to work on the idea of opening his own club. “Mantra Club was opened in 2016 and became a point of reference, and a home for all the people who love music from my city and beyond”.

He was involved in the curation of the very first Genova Dance Parade in 2023, an innovative formula combining electronic music, fun and sustainability for over 50,000 people in every street corner of the city. Its impact was significant, and gave Genoa more visibility on an international level, and he hopes to continue strengthening the city as a music destination for years to come with events like this.

Valentinø’s very first single ‘Activity’ appeared in 2017, on Marco Bailey’s Materia label as part of a VA, which lead to his debut follow up EP ‘My Way’. After its success, he secured further releases on Etruria Beat, Suara, Second State, Off Recordings and Galactica Festival’s label.

However, the turning point in his career, was his most recent release was on Indira Paganotto’s mighty ARTCORE Records, with his debut EP ‘Baba Baby’ in February 2024. Two original tracks embodying the ARTCORE aesthetic, with unearthly vocals, pummelling basslines and off-kilter drum breaks. The title track was his highest charting to date, positioned at No.4 on Beatport’s Psy-Trance chart. He followed this, with his single ‘Space Travel’ featured on their OFFSonar VA release in June 2024. A hardstyle track on a psychedelic path with razor synths, a penetrating bass and warping overtone.

Now part of the ARTCORE family, he played for the labels OFFSonar showcase in Barcelona, as well as their Ritvales showcase in Medellin, but has already amounted a lot of key club plays for Fabrik Madrid, Cocorico, ilMuretto, Khidi Tiblisi, Spazio 900, Vastion Group Festival, Complex Maastricht, Complex, and a debut at Amnesia Ibiza alongside Indira in the Club Room for her takeover as part of Joseph Capriati’s Metamorphosis party.

Looking ahead, he has secured a new residency with Bolgia Club, one of the most renowned Northen Italian venues, and will be starting his own festival, called Enigma, with his mission to curate a special line up with scenography effects. Plus shows confirmed at Tomorrowland, Dreambeach Festival, Barrakud Festival and Hi Ibiza.

Jamie Bissmire began his career as a DJ in the late 1980s, playing at underground clubs and raves across the UK. In the 1990s, he formed the techno group Bandulu with John O’Connell and Lucien Tomphson, releasing several acclaimed albums and singles on their own imprint, Infonet Records.

In addition to his work with Bandulu, Bissmire has released numerous solo albums and singles under his own name, as well as under the pseudonyms Space DJz, Beatjackerz, Jacknation, Dj Escobar and the Thunderground. His music has been featured on top techno labels such as NovaMute, Foundation records, 50Hz,CLR, Consumer recreation and many more. Jamie has collaborated with artists such as Chris McCormack, Dj Bam Bam, Paul Langley, Alxe Peace and long time friend Ben Long.

Bissmire is also the founder of the techno label Ground Records, Foundation Records, 50Hz and Infonet Elelectronic Recordings. Jamie continues to perform as a DJ, playing at clubs and festivals around the world and bringing his unique blend of techno and electronic music to audiences everywhere.

Italian DJ, producer, and label head Marco Faraone has long stood as a bridge between the underground and the global techno mainstage.

From the smoky intimacy of his early club nights to his current status as a festival fixture and respected figure on labels like Rekids and Drumcode, Marco Faraone’s path has been defined by instinct, authenticity, and a refusal to compromise. Speaking to True Underground, he reflects on his roots, his ethos, and the shifting landscape of techno.

Marco Faraone’s earliest memories of the scene are steeped in the visceral energy of small, dark clubs – rooms heavy with smoke, sweat, and liberation. “There was nothing contrived, just people living the music as an act of freedom,” he recalls. “No one judged you; only the sound and what it transmitted mattered. That pure connection between music and people overwhelmed me. It was a revelation, and since then I’ve never stopped chasing that feeling.”

As the culture expanded, Marco Faraone watched techno evolve from underground movement to global industry. “The scene has changed immensely – from niche culture to a global phenomenon. Today it’s more accessible, but also more dispersed. There’s more professionalism, but less risk and experimentation.” For him, remaining grounded in that raw, instinctive essence is crucial. “Techno has never been a trend but a free and ever-evolving language.”

His rise to international recognition came gradually, built on consistency rather than calculation. “It wasn’t a single moment but a path,” he explains. “When people started recognising my musical signature – not just the name on the lineup – I realised something had changed.” Maintaining credibility while performing across high-profile stages, he says, comes down to intent. “The underground isn’t a place; it’s a state of mind. If you play with sincerity, the audience feels it.”

This belief in authenticity forms the foundation of UNCAGE, Faraone’s label and creative platform. Conceived as a space for freedom and experimentation, it became both a laboratory and a manifesto. “UNCAGE gave me the chance to express myself without limits,” he says. “It’s a space where I can experiment, make mistakes, take risks, and answer to no one. It’s the most honest and instinctive part of me.”

UNCAGE’s mission, he adds, is to keep that spirit alive – a commitment to freedom, research, and authenticity. Every release must carry meaning. “We select artists who share that vision, even if they’re not the easiest to promote. UNCAGE is a home for those who want to say something true – without filters or compromise.”

Collaboration plays a central role in his evolution, pushing him toward new sonic and emotional dimensions. “Every artist brings a different world,” he says. “From many collaborations, I’ve learned the importance of space and silence. Sometimes removing is more powerful than adding. Letting the sound breathe – it’s a more mature and profound way of producing music.”

Despite the genre’s current fragmentation, Marco Faraone sees vitality and potential in techno’s future. “There’s a lot of music, but not always a lot of substance. The future belongs to those who unite authenticity with innovation while staying true to the roots. Techno shouldn’t become a formula – it must remain a free and visceral expression.”

Balancing global recognition with artistic integrity is, for Marco Faraone, an act of discipline and self-awareness. “I don’t chase trends; I evolve while staying true to my vision. Success, if it comes, should be a natural consequence – not the goal.” Founding UNCAGE, he says, was the defining decision of his career. “It allowed me to believe in my path, even in difficult moments. I’ve never taken the easy road, and maybe that’s what earned me respect in both worlds – underground and mainstream.”

Marco Faraone and his philosophy is rooted in freedom, experimentation, emotional truth and embodies the tension that defines modern techno: how to remain loyal to the underground while shaping the future on one’s own terms. His label UNCAGE is a declaration of independence, a reminder that real artistry survives only where compromise ends.

Italian hard techno DJ and producer MAIKE DEPAS (Michelangelo De Pasquale) is rapidly emerging as one of the most exciting talents coming out of Italy. Drawing from a decade of experience and a sound that merges 90s rave, hard techno, and psy-trance, Depas has redefined his artistic vision in 2024, earning recognition from DJ Mag Italia, Mixmag Germany, and FAZE as a rising star in the global scene.

Marco Bailey is somewhat considered an icon when it comes to techno and the dance music industry as a whole. It starts with a beat, and for Marco that as in the late 80’s. In 2014 he celebrated 25 years of Marco Bailey, a true achievement for someone who is an ambassador for the scene as well as an amazing DJ and producer.

He grew up in Belgium, and it all started out when he went to a small local club in his nearby city. At this point, he knew little and didn’t have any musical heroes, but soon released that he would rather be behind the decks than on the dance floor.

His break came in 2000 with his first EP on Carl Cox’s Intec imprint with “Play It Back”. Over the next couple of years he worked on his own imprint, launching MB Elektronics, with the first release in 2002 with “Caprioska”. The releases came flowing over the next few years, which saw the release of his critically acclaimed “Rube Boy” album back in 2004, soon followed by “Dragon Man” LP on John Digweed’s Bedrock in 2011.

His most recent album was with 12 track “High Volume” released back in 2013 on MB Elektronics, dubbed by some techno aficionados as a masterpiece. It was at this time, he also released an up close and personal documentary “Marco Bailey”.

His Electronic Force radio show has been a huge success from the get-go, with almost 300 episodes to date, he has had every artist on board from Carl Cox, Alan Fitzpatrick, Umek, Joseph Capriati, Sam Paganini and Carlo Lio. It’s heard by millions of listeners in more than 50 countries.

Marco has been touring relentlessly throughout his career, he’s an artist who can say he has probably played at almost every club in the world, and been listed at the top of major festivals. He hasn’t stopped, and this summer was no exception his MATERIA brand taking a new home at Vista Club, Ibiza. Every Sunday, he offered artists including Sam Paganini, Carlo Lio, Julian Jewell, and Paul Ritch for the closing on the 28th August all came out to party with Marco and the crowd.

You can expect to see the MATERIA brand reach far and wide this year, with parties in London, Vienna, Amsterdam and Tokyo planned this winter. Mid October will see the release of the MATERIA compilation mix, a collection of tracks selected personally by Marco, of both his own releases and all the artists which played at MATERIA in Ibiza this summer.

2025 continues to be another landmark year for Marco, with his first MATERIA residency considered a huge success, the brand looks to move worldwide, becoming a high-profile label and radio show as well and continuing to grow. He is a true pioneer of Techno, and has no plans to put on the brakes anytime soon.

Established in the 90s, Misstress Barbara (wordplay between Miss and Stress) is a pioneering DJ/Producer and one of the first female superstar DJs who helped inspire future generations with her explosive Techno sets. Whilst headlining major festivals and events globally, there was a period in the ’00s when she was consistently voted inside of DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs.

Born in Italy, she moved to Canada at age 8. Curious and passionate by nature, she loves exploring new fields and reaching new goals. To name a few, she is a drummer, she has a glider and private pilot license, she graduated University in Communications/Cinema, she is a boat captain and sailing instructor, and she also launched her own bean-to-bar chocolate brand Barbon Chocolate, crafting everything by hand herself. A woman of many talents indeed.

But among all of her passions, music was always her main focus since the start of her remarkable career, which has earned her multiple accolades (2001 Best Montreal International Music Initiative Award / 2002 UK Underground Music Awards’ Best Breakthrough DJ / 2009 GAMIQ’s Best Electronic Album of the Year Awards and 2010 Canada’s JUNO Awards’ Best Dance Album of the Year nomination for “I’m No Human” / 2014 MTL Awards’ Best Montreal DJ, to name a few). Her extensive discography is found among the world’s best Techno labels, including her own, launched in 1999 under the name Relentless, which became Iturnem in 2003. Barbara Brown used to be her alter-ego used for her softer productions, but she now releases all her music under her main name, regardless of the style, as she did for her albums I’m No Human and Many Shades of Grey. CHRS is a resident artist of ARTCORE Records, the label founded by Indira Paganotto. He has already played at the ARTCORE showcases in Rome and Barcelona in 2024 and is currently on a world tour. His productions and DJ sets are energetic and emotional, featuring hard techno with influences of psy-trance, hardstyle, groovy touches, and breakbeat. He also incorporates elements of drum and bass and ’90s music into his tracks.

In 2024, CHRS released his first vinyl, “Hard Change,” on Scuderia Records, which sold out quickly. His EP “In the Darkness” on ARTCORE Records solidified his bond with Indira Paganotto. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Alexander Kowalski’s story is a living testament to the legacy of Berlin techno. His journey began in the late 90s amidst the city’s cultural revolution, ignited by the emergence of techno music. Debuting in 1997 under the moniker DisX3 at the legendary club Tresor in Berlin, he quickly established himself as a driving force in shaping the sounds of the era with fast-paced beats and robust bass lines.

His impactful live sets also led to releases on the esteemed label of Tresor. Under the guidance of Heiko Laux’s Kanzleramt label, Kowalski pioneered the melodic and sophisticated sound for which he is renowned—a sound that has become synonymous with German techno. Cisco Ferreira aka The Advent is a true legend of the techno scene. The young Portuguese Cisco discovered Acid House when he started clubbing in London in the 80s and since then his life’s goal has been about making his mark on the electronic music scene. Or, as he put it himself: “I’ve been doing this for quite a few years and I’m not going anywhere.” This sums it up pretty well. You won’t see him naked, shooting promo videos, carrying a dog, or publicly worrying about the sincerity of the average EDM jockey. He’s everything about techno you’ve learned to love, without the circus.

Fresh out of college, Cisco’s hunger for sound landed him a job as assistant sound-engineer in several recording studios. There he learned about the art of translating feelings to frequencies, while at the same time recording various high profile artists from the world of Rock, Pop, Dance, and Reggae. When acid label ‘Jack Trax’ moved in next-door, Cisco started recording for the likes of Adonis, Fingers Inc, Marshall Jefferson, and Derrick May. These rendezvous sparked the inspiration for his first EPs on R&S and Fragile.

In 1994 Ferreira signed a record deal for 12 EPs and 3 albums together with Colin McBean. This was the beginning of an era during which the duo set a worldwide standard for high quality underground Electro and Techno. They hit the world with a refreshing sound, both as The Advent, and ‘G Flame (Cisco) and Mr G’, the alias Colin is still using. Nowadays The Advent is a solo project, bombarding crowds around the world with its trademark raw, energetic sound. After playing after festival and event during his tenure imaginable, we are truly honoured to welcome him to the series.

Mauro Picotto is one of Italy’s most celebrated music exports. The legendary producer and DJ has been responsible for some of electronic music’s most enduring anthems.

Mauro’s journey to legendary status began over 25 years, 700 releases and 7 million unit sales ago when he became the first Italian finalist in the world DMC championships in 1988. As a DJ, Mauro he has performed the broadest possible range of peaktime sets, from Berlin’s famed Love Parade to Turin Winter Olympics via Timewarp, Tomorrowland, MTV Festival, Awakenings, Sensation, Mayday, Ultra Music Festival, Space Miami, Ibiza and thousands more.

Mauro expressed an early vision that is now common place within electronic music: his ability to bring the underground to the masses, to fuse melody, hooks and harmony with industrial strength drum dynamics, his innate understanding of widescreen DJ selections that cover the whole spectrum created a reputation that positioned him in all corners of techno.

He was the first DJ to mix live on the BBC TV show ‘Top Of The Pops’, and he’s helped bring techno to the widest audience possible. Xenia’s story is an epic tale of triumph, showcasing how hard work and an unbreakable desire to conquer the challenging path of electronic music can lead to extraordinary success.

Hailing from a small village in western Ukraine, Xenia was born in 1996 and spent her childhood there. From a young age, she showed a keen interest in music and started playing musical instruments. She even enrolled in a music school in a neighbouring village to learn the accordion, which meant she had to travel a gruelling 20-kilometer journey several times a week with her massive accordion case in tow. Her unwavering dedication to music was evident, and she was determined to make it her life’s mission.

In 2013, at the age of 18, Xenia moved to Kiev and joined the University of Technology and Design. But her true passion lay on the other side of the DJ table. She dove headfirst into the Kiev nightlife scene, honing her DJ skills and playing at small private events. In 2016, she made her debut on the Radio Intense streaming project with two video DJ mixes that each garnered over a million views. This was a game-changing moment for Xenia’s DJ career.

Realising that being a DJ was not enough, Xenia built a home studio in 2018 to produce her own music. She quickly became a resident at the legendary Kiev afterparty club, Heaven, and gained a loyal following in Ukraine. By the end of the year, Xenia was headlining club events and major festivals throughout her homeland.

Xenia’s star continued to rise as she collaborated with Radio Intense, regularly releasing videos that showcased her talents. She also became an increasingly influential figure on the international electronic music scene, releasing tracks on prestigious labels like Codex, Set About, IAMT, and Stickrecrodings.

The pandemic years of 2020 and 2021 were not wasted for Xenia, as she continued to produce amazing music and shoot cool videos. She even joined Analog, one of the world’s best talent agencies, preparing to make a big splash in the near future and win the hearts of techno lovers around the world. German born, Tini Gessler has always had a deep-rooted passion for electronic music. Pursuing this, she took her shot at the art of DJing in 2013 and began to play at clubs in her hometown.

Soon she moved on to regular gigs on the terrace of Pacha Barcelona and in 2017 her potential was sighted by elrow as they invited her to join their family. Proving her skills as a DJ that knows how to control a dancefloor, Tini progressed with peak-time sets and frequent bookings. Continuing on this path, Tini quickly found herself on mainstage billings, playing to thousands.

2019 was a breakout year for Tini, seeing her establish herself on a worldwide platform with bookings across the globe. Gracing the booth of many clubbing institutions from all around the world such as Space Miami, Stereo Montreal, Watergate Berlin or Ushuaia Ibiza. Tini has continued to assert her prowess also appearing at some of the world’s most respected festivals as EDC, Creamfields or Kappa Futur Festival.

Moving into a new decade Tini pushes her DJ sound in her productions through techniques combining tech house and techno with releases on labels including Drumcode, Factory93 or Aeterna. This combined with a growing calendar of gigs across the globe, she continues to cement her status as an internationally touring DJ and producer in her own right, and 2025 proves to be her biggest year yet.

Glasgow born producer and DJ Gary Beck has long been established as a primary figure in techno. Known and respected for his unique sound, he has gained support from the best names in the business and released music on some of the genre’s leading labels, including institutions such as Soma, Cocoon & Drumcode, his own BEK Audio imprint and – most recently – Patrick Topping’s Trick label.

With a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix and two Boiler Room sessions under his belt, as well as featured music on BBC 1 Drama ‘Stonemouth’ and numerous collaborations with artists like MR. G, GreenVelvet, Debra Debs, Mark Broom and Speedy J, Gary has been an undeniably formidable force since hitting the scene in 2007.

His seminal 2012 debut album ‘Bring a Friend’, was championed by the legendary Soma Records label, marking their 100th release. The years that followed left a kaleidoscopic trail of releases spanning a multitude of studio skills, influences, styles and aliases including the house driven grooves of Tanera; to the relentlessly harder sounds of Sosak. Gary’s second full length album under his own name ‘Dal Riata’ dropped in November 2019, followed by a series of incredible releases including this year’s Submarine and Supervan EPs – with even more to come.

Gary’s renowned for his incendiary live sets, destroying dancefloors across the globe including Tokyo’s Womb, Fabric London, Awakenings, T in the Park, Spazio in Rome, Output NYC, Printworks, and Timewarp, to name a few. On top of a formidable touring schedule, Beck heads up BEK Audio, an imprint which has quickly become one of the most revered techno labels on the scene. The Napoli-born DJ, producer and sound designer has been a semi-regular contributor to Adam Beyer’s labels stretching back almost a decade.

From the Inner City-referencing ‘Vertigo’, to the elegant techno on ‘Wilford’, part of DC150th release, and the 2020 collab ‘Mad World’ with good friend Luigi Madonna, his tracks have always been characterised by impeccable quality and a timeless sonic palette. Reinforcing his breadth, he’s also responsible for one of Truesoul’s greatest tracks to date, thanks to the 2015 classic ‘Never Stop’.

‘When The Lights Go Down’ EP continues the brain scrambling techno approach he displayed on ‘Mad World’, with all cuts featuring throughout the summer, including supports at Tomorrowland, Awakenings ADE, EDC Vegas and Movement Detroit.

‘Dish Ya Now’, is a rattling warehouse-ready weapon that pops with loads of retro stabs, while a tearing Reese bassline propels the energy throughout. The title track is a kaleidoscopic dancefloor trip that shows of Capuano’s impressive skills as a sound designer, as he ties together elements from rave, techno, acid and trance. ‘The Beginning’ has been bubbling since early 2020, first heard on the Italian’s Drumcode Indoors stream. Driven by a famous sample, but with Capuano’s own stealth spin on it, it’s beautifully effective and head-spinning.

Indira’s sets are full of groove and forcefulness, she draws on elements from all genres including psytrance, acid and techno, not afraid to blend genres or styles, always with organic acid touches, reminiscent of her heritage musical.

This energetic and robust eclecticism, paired with her constant smile have become her main signature. She released amazing and uniq solid EPs called ‘Number’ , “Yellow Lambo ” on Octopus Recordings and “Red Ninja ” on Second State , followed by shows in clubs and festivals all over the world.

Lady Tazz projects the kind of high-impact, provocative energy that disrupts the status quo.

Finding the sensual sweet spot in hypnotic, impactful techno, her sound is a perfect balance of peak-time energy and playful intrigue deployed to take the dance deeper and incite liberation amongst everyone in earshot.

Born in Montreal, where she was originally schooled, a Tomboy at heart, she was the eldest in her family, of all daughters, her family moved back to Bangladesh when she was 9, so her father could teach her how to run their family business, shadowing him day to day, she learned at an early age.

When she was 19, Tazz returned to Toronto where she finished her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Physics, alongside a scholarship for tennis where she played for the University’s team for 3 years. It was during this time she was able to travel to Europe, and discovered cities including London and Berlin, and like most teenagers, found clubbing and nightlife becoming a regular part of lifestyle outside of studies.

She was a regular at Guverment Club in Toronto, and still claims this to be one of the best night clubs she has ever been to. It was at this club she learned about DJ’s with their international acts, as well as really started to fall in love with everything about the music culture.

Taking over the family business at the young age of 22, promoted a move back to Bangladesh, it was at this same time she started her own weekly radio show, that shortly became one of the biggest in the region, with over a million listeners. It opened the world of radio to her, where she invited top celebrities, musician and politicians.

Raised by a traditional family, a career as a DJ was not deemed a respectable career choice, so her trips to London were kept a secret, where she started to play a lot of illegal raves in the city in the 2000’s. She felt conflicted emotions about rave culture, as she knew the backlash of making these choices would be considered disrespectful, so quit the radio and decided to make something more official, Mind Medizin was born.

Mind Medizin’s event series soon started to take shape and generate a following, with shows starting out in South America, Mind Medizin events have grown to become a global enterprise, sharply curated by Tazz to feature fellow techno provocateurs well outside of the identikit trappings of business techno. Bathed in red light, front by performance artists clad in steel and leather, these events are hardwired towards a feverish kind of freedom.

She has since developed the brand into a label, which serves as a natural vehicle for her creative output. Tazz is unapologetic in her disregard for the so-called rules of modern techno, because she has to break with tradition to engage with the music in the first place. She loves her Bangladeshi heritage but is also realistic in the societal limitations of what she can achieve there.

The stakes were high, but Tazz embraces risk to realise her vision. An artist who is working tirelessly in pursuit of pleasure and profound sonic transcendence. The truest art demands to exist against all odds, and Lady Tazz celebrates her hard-won liberation with no room for compromise.

He captures the sometimes lost art of DJing. Karotte has grown out as one of the main figures of a music scene that’s evolved into a worldwide industry on one hand, but on the other still lacks a fundament in musical knowledge here and there. And that’s where this Frankfurt based DJ comes in. Karotte is the so-called personification of an artist who knows what it’s all about.

Mesmerizing crowds for over twenty years now, bridging distances that have been created between DJ booth and dancefloor, he’s simply stayed true to what a DJ was meant to be decades ago. To be one of the party people that is! Meanwhile showcasing a more than unique talent to pick the best records for the moment Karotte simply combines the best of both worlds; enjoying the party as well as creating the soundtrack for it.

It’s a music freak gone professional. Since working in the record industry late 90s Karotte has created a flair for handpicking the most special tracks around, a unique sense most industry men would kill for. It gave him advantage on other DJs, always bringing the most relevant tunes to a party. Soon DJ Karotte was the one to guide you through the newest electronic sounds, to hear him play was to stay up to date.

Combined with his typical, elegant mixing technique mister Karotte took things further. There were residencies at the famous Cocoon Club in Frankfurt and Munich’s renowned venue Harry Klein. Meanwhile Karotte also grew out to become a steady force at the world famous Time Warp events, conquering a residency at the Mannheim edition as well as every Time Warp event in Holland and Italy.

And then there’s the long list of clubs and venues where Karotte often more than once made a lasting impression.
