Two-time World Cup champions Christen Press and Tobin Heath and founders of RE-INC today announced that their hit audio and video digital series “The RE-CAP Show,” will debut its 3rd Season launching Thursday, June 13, 2024.

Releasing against the backdrop of India’s election, Killing Justice invites listeners into the shadowy world of India’s political power players, including Amit Shah, a longtime operative who helped catapult Modi to political dominance, who is at the center of the Judge Brijgopal Loya case. Ravi’s findings show how the justice system works for India’s political elite, creating a market where true justice is eluded and innocence can be bought and sold.

WHO: Host Ravi Gupta is a journalist, founder, former Obama staffer and co-host of the Majority 54 podcast. Ravi’s new series, produced by Crooked Media and Ravi’s nonprofit digital media company The Branch, finds him digging into his own family history and tracing down sources in India to understand just how delicate its democracy has become in the face of the growing Hindu nationalism movement.

Ravi is the Founder and CEO of The Branch, a non-profit media company that fights against polarization and misinformation. Prior to The Branch, Ravi co-founded Arena and led a team that helped elect dozens of candidates and launched the largest campaign staffer training academy in the history of the Democratic Party. Her research examines elections, representation, and public opinion with a focus on Asian American and Latino voting behavior. She has published widely in academic journals and her analysis of elections and politics has been featured in outlets such as The New York Times, Politico, Washington Post, NPR, The Guardian, and TIME Magazine, and she regularly provides political commentary for news outlets throughout California.

The Trial of Lord Lucan launches for a week-long podcast series that asks listeners to be the jury in one of the most elusive crimes in British history. In 1974, British aristocrat Richard John Bingham, otherwise known as Lord Lucan, became the prime suspect in the murder of his children’s nanny, Sandra Rivett. Until now. On the 50-year anniversary of his disappearance, this brand-new podcast is holding the trial that never was.  Hosted by journalists Caroline Cheetham and Stephen Wright, The Trial of Lord Lucan will bring together prosecutor, Max Hardy, and defence barrister, Edward Henry KC, to finally decide whether Lord Lucan was guilty or not guilty.  The hosts and legal minds will use exclusive, never-before-seen documents written by Det Chief Supt Roy Ranson, who headed the 1974 murder investigation and spent most of his career searching for the elusive Lucan. Every day from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th June, audiences will hear the trial unfold and discover new information never disclosed to the public before. Listeners will then their say in a live public vote, with the final verdict being announced the following week.
